It has the capacity for 4 adult people.
The apartments are very comfortable, are in a new build, and they have views of waterfront golf from the sea to the lake. Also they have in one side sea view. In the night , you can see from the living the fantastic lights from the Petromidia Platform.
The apartment is at floor no.4 . UNFORTUNATELY , there is NO ELEVATOR , you have acces to them by stairs , but the VIEW from the apartment from 4th floor compensates with the effort of climbing the stairs :)
The property is located 50 m from the golf sea water, 50 m from the many restaurants, 350 m from the sand beach, 1 km from the Navodari City, many local markets arround and 1 km from the big supermarkets (Lidl or Penny) or 21 km from International Airport Mihail Kogalniceanu .
