Lovely location and great property

The location of this property can't be beat. The house has great spaces, parking was very easy and the view from the roof is fantastic! Everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance -- the harbor restaurants and shopping, the cliff walk, etc. The owners are extremely responsive - all around a very joyful stay!

Great stay - will be back

House was great. New and clean - centrally located with roof deck with great views of harbor. Parking was super convenient with 2 garage spots plus a resident parking pass for on street parking. Owners were super flexible and helpful with some changes in our plans. Highly recommend

Great House!

Owners were great to work with - kept checking in to ensure everything was smooth! The location of this house is great - right by the main road with all shops / restaurants. We had a wonderful time at this house - great stay!

Excellent stay in Newport

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 days. The house was all brand new and very clean! The owners were very responsive and provided clear communication. It's also in a great location - walking distance from great shops and restaurants.

This house was great for our girls getaway. Modern, clean, lots of extras - garage, roof deck, close proximity to restaurants and shops. Owner responsive with any inquiries. Two thumbs up!

Wonderful

This was our first visit to Newport so location was very important. It was nice to be able to walk most places or hop on the trolley if needed. The space was very clean, decorated nicely and comfortable. The host was very responsive with inquiries and/or questions. Highly recommend!

Great house in Newport

We stayed here while in town for the Newport Marathon. Absolutely wonderful house in a great location. All aspects of the process were very easy. Only VERY minor downside was the neighborhood was a little noisy at night with the windows open. Closing the windows pretty much solved it, and we were going to bed fairly early before and after the race, so it wouldn’t be an issue for people staying up later.

Wedding Weekend

My son was getting married in Newport so we wanted a downtown location with parking. Great location. Beautiful new functional high-end home with comfortable sectional and beds. A/C worked great. Tons of towels and supplies. Place was perfect. Host was excellent as she quickly answered my questions with detailed answers prior to our arrival. She also accommodated an early check-in time. Highly recommend!!!

Prime location!

This house is adorable! Loads of coastal charm and very clean plus complimentary gourmet coffee! We had a family of five and everyone had plenty of space. Easily walk to everything- tons of bars, restaurants and shopping in either direction. Be prepared- with all the fun things to do around the parking is limited. There is one parking pass that comes with the house but finding a spot was tough. We were able to fit our ford bronco into the garage with just a few inches to spare on either side.

The Perfect Getaway Place!

Our family of five (my husband and I had our three boys ages 16, 16 and 13) absolutely loved our recent stay at Harborscape! The house was in a SUPER location, right in the action of town (restaurants and shops galore!) and the marina, with incredible rooftop views of all the boats and the glorious sunsets! The house was very clean and tidy. Had all the necessary amenities and was extremely comfortable. I even asked the host where they got the main bedroom mattress, it was THAT comfortable! Haha. Perfect setup for our crew. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to family and friends! Thanks again Kristin and Matt for a wonderful spot!

Unbelievable Home!

We had the best weekend at Harborscape! The owners are great at communicating and couldn’t have been more accommodating. This house was everything and more than we were looking for, it felt comfortable and at home right away which was so nice traveling with an infant. Harborscape couldn’t have a better location you are in the heart of Newport yet in a private oasis. The inside of the house is even better than the pictures, updated beautifully, very clean and chic. The rooftop deck and outdoor patio were an added bonus. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Harborscape! Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.
