Luxury Studio Suite - Grand Solmar Pacific Dunes

This luxury resort is a newer development along the western coast of Cabos San Lucas.

We invite you to stay in our furnished 1 Bedroom Luxury Suite at the Grand Solmar Pacific Dunes. Found at the western tip of the peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and Gulf of California, Pacific Dunes is a quiet-family-oriented place to escape the everyday grind of our modern world. This campus is approximately 15 minutes north of downtown Cabos San Lucas.

The Suite is approx. 828 sq ft with a full kitchen, and can accommodate up to 4 people of your troupe. Step out onto your own private terrace and take in the sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, especially during Whale Season!

The unit has a king-size bed with an ensuite washroom featuring marble floors and vanities. The open-concept studio also includes similar luxury features and excess storage & closet space for the luggage. For additional an bed, this unit houses a queen-size Murphy bed from the kitchen/living room area.

Speaking of the kitchen, the unit includes modern kitchen appliances (Range, Fridge, Mircowave, Sink, etc) and food procurements can be arranged by coordinating with concierge before the trip so that the products are there when you arrive, or having them take you to into town to a drop-off point to which you can bring your shopping back with you. Both are acceptable, but I personally recommend either ordering the products through the resort, as Myself as the host can help you coordinate the list of items with the resort OR, Personally, I would simply fork up the money to pay for the All-Inclusive deal when you arrive. You will definitely get your money's worth over your stay. The prices for individual items throughout the campus can be found of their menus specifically, and you'd find that it all adds up when you have kids.

The unit has a large TV, and WiFi - but unless you're sunburnt - you'd likely be spending most of your time chasing your kids at the waterpark, or beached at the many pools/Ocean front.


RESORT AMENITIES: Includes an adult-only infinity pool, kids' pool with a mini waterpark, salt water lagoon, swim-up bar; fitness center with Life Fitness equipment; a full-service beauty salon; laundry mat; health clinic with an on-call doctor; concierge services, delivery and grocery retrieval, and daily/hourly activities hosted by the resort entertainment staff throughout the campus. They also have "The Kids’ Club" which offers a daycare service should the adults need to make a trip off campus, or simply want to change up the activities throughout the week.

Guests of the resort will have access to the 18-hole golf course. This beachfront course by world-renowned professional golfer, Greg Norman, is specifically tailored to Cabo’s terrain and locale, creating a sustainable golf experience that flows naturally with the dune and desert landscape. Access to this can coordinated through the concierge upon arrival.

There are a variety of dining options that cater to every taste. Anica, the resort’s signature restaurant features an international menu created by Chef Hector Lucas that highlights freshly-caught seafood, homemade breads, and authentic Mexican flavors. Lagoon Bar is a casual, outdoor option with numerous culinary selections and hand-crafted tropical cocktails. The Deli Café, located by the Lobby, offers freshly made Oaxaca coffee, refreshing salads, wraps and sandwiches. Aqua Grill & Bar is another alfresco option offering sushi creations, salads, wraps, and low-fat smoothies made with exotic fruit and vegetables. Tide Bar, another poolside option, offers a broad range of cocktails, snacks and treats. The Market, on-site grocery store. In-suite dining is available 24-hours a day.

With such close proximity to the Pacific Ocean and downtown Cabo San Lucas attractions, guests have access to a myriad of land and sea activities such as deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, kayaking, horseback riding, sunset boat rides to “El Arco” and more, all can be coordinated with concierge

AIRPORT: The property is just 35 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).

I'm one of the many timeshare owners at Grand Solmar and we are offering our 7 Nights time of the luxury studios unit to guests who want to experience this resort without having the pay the huge increase they charge for non-members. Last we visited in Jan of 2023 and those publics rates were being posted around $1,500/night at the front desk.

Our membership has access to reserve any 7 nights-week, throughout of the year, with the exception of the final week which New Years falls on. We can break these 7 nights down into a 3-night stay & a 4-night stay, but there's an additional fee to do so.

I will require some coordination with the staff at the resort to ensure you're check-in is as smooth as possible.

I'm pretty sure we can transfer this stay to the Land's End Resort near Downtown Cabos, so let me know if you might be interested in that location instead if you want a busier location.

We've stayed here with our family a few times and are familiar with the resorts willingness to work with us as members, they are the ones who've encouraged putting it up for rent if we don't plan on using the week during the year.
