Ce condo offre une vue panoramique spectaculaire à partir de laquelle vous pouvez voir l'océan Pacifique, la baie de Banderas et les deux terrains de golf Nicklaus. C'est au deuxième étage d'un immeuble de 3 étages; un condo par étage.

Installez-vous et profitez de 2 600 pieds carrés d'espace de vie et de 1 300 pieds carrés de terrasses extérieures (patios), le tout étant couvert.

La terrasse à l'extérieur du salon principal contient une table de hauteur de bar avec 4 chaises, 2 chaises, un canapé, un bar complet, un barbecue à gaz et un bassin profond de 12 pieds par 6 pieds (3 pieds de profondeur). Les terrasses à l'extérieur des chambres ont des chaises longues.

Le salon principal et les chambres ont des portes coulissantes en verre et des volets en bois pleine longueur qui s'ouvrent complètement pour laisser entrer les brises merveilleuses.

El Encanto est l'une des nombreuses subdivisions du développement sécurisé et isolé de Punta Mita. Punta Mita abrite également 2 hôtels de villégiature de classe mondiale - Four Seasons and St. Regis. Les clients ont accès au Residents Beach Club qui dispose d'une plage sécurisée, d'un bar-restaurant à service complet et d'un spa. Les clients ont également accès (payant) à 2 parcours de golf Nicklaus de classe mondiale. L'observation des baleines, la pêche, le surf et la voile sont également disponibles sur place.

Amazing Stay!

Had an amazing 5-day stay here with a group of 6 friends for a wedding! The unit is spacious with a great covered outdoor area with a plunge pool + golf course/ocean views. The host and concierge team were incredibly attentive and made planning so easy. Would definitely recommend!

This is the first time we rent a private property in Punta Mita. In the past we’ve stayed at the four seasons and didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasently surprised. The condo was impecable and decorated with beautiful style and warmth. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Can't wait to go back!

This was our first time to Punta de Mita, and our family had an amazing vacation spending a week here!! The condo's patio windows and deck have a gorgeous view, overlooking the golf course and the ocean. The location of the El Encanto condo development is conveniently located near the Sufi Beach Club and St. Regis and equidistant to the gates into town, and a short drive to the other Beach Clubs. The condos are beautifully landscaped and the exterior looked like it had been painted since the photo was taken on VRBO. Using the golf cart that comes with the condo, we were able to make quick trips into town for groceries, dinners, and we visited all of the beautiful Beach Clubs and pools, with the exception of the Four Seasons which is not included in the property's memberships. The clubs are all so amazing, we didn't need to visit the FS, but we did have a lovely dinner there. We used the concierge service quite a bit for dinner recommendations and a few questions here and there. Found them to be very helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedding was clean, soft and comfortable, beds were cushy and soft, and plenty of white bath towels to use for the week. We also enjoyed the condo's private pool on the patio - perfect size to cool off after the day at the beach. Can't say enough great things about our stay, and can't wait to return!

This beautiful 3 BR, second floor, condo is just as described, with beautiful views of Bandaras Bay (the Pacific Ocean) and golf courses.

Wonderful home in excellent Punta Mita resort location

This area (El Encanto) in Punta Mita has easy access to all the Punta Mita resort beach clubs and golf, yet is still close to town. This unit has a plunge pool as well as ocean views over the golf course, and is private and lovely. The ocean breeze comes through the living area, and all bedrooms have a balcony with chaise and views. The unit is the entire 2nd floor of the building, and is spacious and nicely furnished with artwork and many local touches. Janice, the owner, provided great suggestions for restaurants and local finds, and the concierge service arranged everything from restaurant reservations to airport transfers to snorkeling. We highly recommend this property and will definitely rent again!

Fantatistic All Around

This condo is a great set up for family or couples wanting space to relax. The unit is the entire second floor of the building (3 Units total)! The kitchen and outdoor space are perfect for those nights that you want to stay in. Great views of the golf course and ocean. The beach clubs are all fantastic and the golf cart provided is a huge bonus. Bedding is now King, King, Queen/Queen, which worked great for our group. Also very safe in Punta Mita and the nearby town of Punta De Mita. We didn't want to leave and will be back for sure A+++

Beautiful property, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! The unit was beautifully dectorated and stocked with everything. Lovely outside Lanai with BBQ and private pool. We spent time at the beach club, Sunset oat the restaurant on the sand at the St Regis was incredible and took the golf cart into town foe a meal at Si Senor. Janice was very accommodating she gave us a lot of information to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return!

Perfect place

The condo is gorgeous and perfectly clean and well maintained. The pool is perfect. The mornings are awesome by the pool with the morning sun then we went off to the beach clubs in the afternoon. Kapuri was our favorite beach and Sufi was our favorite restaurant.

Absolutely amazing! Live like a star!

The property is huge! Each room has its own bathroom and you can control the temperature in every room individually! Everything is high end. The infinity hot tub is amazing and the outside wet bar is great. I would stay here again and again! Very peaceful.

Amazing vacation

Punta Mita in general was amazing and definitely a place we will go back to. It was the first time our family had vacationed in Mexico and it was better than expected. The condo was awesome!! Beautiful, convenient location with nice views and great amenities. It was very comfortable and a fantastic place to relax. The beach clubs were very nice and provided a great place to enjoy the sun and ocean. Janice was excellent to work with and made our vacation a great experience. She helped with airport connections, thing to do, places to eat, shop, etc. We are already talking about going back next year and will definitely stay in this condo again.

Great place to stay

Our vacation in Punta Mita was everything we were expecting it to be. Janice was great at answering all or my questions and left great instructions for everything we needed to know. We had a problem with the AC not working when we first got there, but Janice got on it right away and arranged to have someone come out the very next day (on Saturday even) to repair the AC and then we were fine. Would definitely stay here again.

A gem in Punta Mita

Best beach vacation ever! The apartment is truly comfortable and nicely decorated. Perfect for a family stay including young children and babies. The pool is wonderful and the view beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped with more than you'll actually need during your stay. Our kids enjoyed everything from the golf cart rides to the pool. Owner was great, very helpful. Hope to return in the future.

El Encanto condo

We had the pleasure of staying in this absolutely beautiful condo! It was so comfortable in every way, from the beds to both indoor and outdoor seating areas. What a joy to open all the sliding doors and enjoy the views, sunrises and the breezes coming through! If you want to eat in, everything you'd want to cook with or grill out with is there. The decor, art work, furnishings all amazing! Owner, and property manager wonderful to work with. Loved this condo, and hope to return again!

Spectacular vacation place!

I am hesitant to write a review as I would like to keep this gem a secret....but to be candid, this condo was spectacular. John was available to help me at every interval of the process; as it was my first time with vrbo, I was unsure yet pleasantly surprised. The condo has an amazing view of the golf course with the ocean in the distance. The rooms and bathrooms are luxurious and well appointed. I certainly took eadvantage of the amenities on property like the residents beach club and the tennis clinics. Lorena the concierge and Arturo the tennis pro could not have offered better service; stellar quality with their jobs and client accessibility. I was lucky enough to see the whales while relaxing on the beach! With the golf cart at my disposal, I was able to enjoy all of the wonderful restaurants in the area as a local. Do not miss Casa Theresa, Serendipity and Si Señor. You are a lucky traveler to profit from this El Encanto property. Thank you John for all of your efforts.

Easter Break Vacation

My husband, son, sister and I stayed at this fabulous property for one week. At first we were hesitant, since the price for this rental was significantly lower than the five star neighboring resorts (e.g. Four Seasons and St. Regis), we figured that it couldn't be as nice as the other places -- what was the catch? No catch -- we were pleasantly surprised with the luxury accommodations and wonderful concierge services. The attention to detail and prompt response to our requests (e.g. we couldn't turn on the hot water heater, and the concierge immediately called us back and talked us through the procedure, reassuring us that he would be at the condo within 30min if it still didn't work -- which it did!) left us with a secure feeling that we were in good hands. From the hard plastic lidded cups that we took on walks and to the beach, to the wonderful herbs in pots on the deck that we used for cooking and the easy-to-operate television, we felt at home. We definitely plan on renting from John again, as the experience was glitch-free and wonderful!

With the weather fairly 'perfect' most of the time, indoor and outdoor living is always at its best -- fantastic golf courses, all kinds of beach/water activities, plus the quietness of a small, secluded development.
