This stylish 3000 sqft, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo is your luxury Mexico getaway. The floor to ceiling glass doors span the entire ocean-side of the condo and open completely onto your own private 500 sqft patio.

Step off your private patio into the pool area with hot tub and gazebo. Just a few steps more and you’re on the beautiful Punta Mita beach… great for swimming, paddle boarding, walking, yoga, you name it!

The condo has three bedrooms, each with a pillow-top king size bed and a private bathroom ensuite. Two of the bedrooms have dedicated workspaces with desks and ergonomic chairs. The primary bedroom has a 50" wall-mounted smart TV and floor to ceiling glass doors that open completely onto the private patio.

The living area has an oversized sectional sofa and a 75” wall-mounted smart TV. The guest bathroom is just outside the living area. If you're a surfer, you can see if the local surf is breaking from the comfort of your living room.

The indoor dining table seats six at a round, copper-top table.

The kitchen features a 5-burner gas range and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. A standing-height 9’ long bar with four barstools is perfect for drinks and nibbles after a fun day at the beach.

All bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen have AC.

On the front patio, there’s a freestanding gas grill, a dining area that seats four and a casual seating area for four.

Punta de Mita is home to numerous world-class restaurants, boutiques, surf breaks, and spa services, as well as excellent street food, indigenous culture and local artisan vendors. Most places in town are just a short stroll away, so no need for wheeled transportation. But if wheels are your thing, there are several golf cart rental vendors in town. Whale watching tours and boats trips to las Islas Marietas are available year-round. Massages and surfboard rentals are available on the beach. Personal chefs are available for hire for special dinners at home.

Your stay includes cleaning once per week (not including laundry). The utility room has a full size front-load washer and dryer and deep washing sink for your convenience.

A one-car secure garage bay is included in your stay.

Our condo building has 12 units and 24-hour security. Punta Mita Hospital is a state of the art hospital with an emergency ward that is just 5 minutes away.
