Located directly across the street from the beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner end unit condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.

This great property was just added to our rental program in March 2023. For your convenience, the unit features a washer & dryer and fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and has beautiful beachy furnishings, new bedding, furniture, and mattresses. The best thing about this unit is the views from every room. Off the living room and master bedroom, you have access to a spacious balcony with wonderful views of the beach and marsh. The 2nd bedroom features a large window with marsh view.

Onsite amenities are located at the oceanfront building and include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, game room and fitness room. This property is in the heart of Cherry Grove and just down the street you can find a boat landing and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve which offers walking paths, observation docks, picnic shelters, and more. Nearby you will also find McLean Park for tennis, playgrounds, and walking paths.

Having a washer and dryer in the unit was invaluable. The set-up for the whole condo is great. There are water hoses down on the ground level to wash everything off so no more sandy toys and chairs. The view from the balcony is great. Nice to sip your morning beverages.

Stayed for a month. I retired in 2015, but could not take a month vacation until now. The condo was perfect. Views of both the beach and the inlet. I plan on renting it again.

Great condo

The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well furnished. Great views of ocean, beach, the neighborhood and the marshlands. The check in procedures left a LOT to be desired. I almost couldn’t access the property on the first night and the realty company didn’t return calls or even seem to care. But the property was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was in a very nice building that had an attached garage. The beach was across the street and the walk was easy. The building across the street from the apartment had an indoor, and outdoor pool and also a hot tub and a small fitness room. The pools were well taken care of minus one day there was a lot of debris in the pool due to it being so windy. The apartment was a good size and was updated and clean for the most part. I felt that the floors and carpets weren’t cleaned or vacuumed. The beds were comfortable and the view from the porch was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cherry Grove - Beachwalk Villas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week at Beachwalk Villas in Cherry Grove. The view from the balcony was excellent. We had no issues with the elevators/pool/hot tub on the property. The parking garage is pretty tight if you have a larger vehicle, but we had no issues with finding a space. The only item to note was the number of bugs flying/sitting around in the property when we arrived. I bought some insect traps, but they didn't seem to work. The property does have monthly bug/pest removal performed. This was performed the day before we departed, so maybe if we would have stayed the next week, the bugs would have been less in number.

Great Location! Great Vacation

Great location, easy access to the beach, overall awesome unit with great views. The only issue was that our unit was not ready for our 4pm check-in as they had not finished cleaning (we had to wait until 5pm to get our unit) and I was told that I would be compensated by the girl at the front desk(still waiting ...) also the unit was mostly clean, but there was hand prints all over the patio doors and windows and smudges all over the stainless steel appliance, I'm assuming the cleaning crew were in a hurry as I had to use the broom to get the sand out from the living room. A part from that a wonderful vacation - would I book again - Yes!

A great view of the ocean and Sound

We loved everything about the condo except that the shower doors have mold on the tracks that they slide in and the floors were very dirty. If we went barefoot our feet were absolute black. I don’t think that have been mopped in quite some time. We would stay there again.

Beach dream

This cute and comfortable condo is right across the street to the ocean and there indoor and outdoor pool. The condo was very clean there was plenty of space for 4 kids and 2 adults. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The beds were actually very comfortable compared to any other places my family and i have stayed. Our ac had stopped working while we were out shopping and when we called they sent someone right out and had it fixed within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay and would definitely stay again.

Great stay in a great location. Beach access and pools are super convenient. Condo was nice and had everything we needed. No keys to worry about losing. People were nice. Check in was simple and easy. Highly recommend!
