Apartment Tulip â Modern 3-Bedroom Duplex with Roof Terrace, Plunge Pool & Jacuzzi
Apartment Tulip is a stunning modern duplex in one of Kalkanâs most prestigious locations, offering three double en-suite bedrooms, a private roof terrace, plunge pool, and Jacuzzi. Just an eight-minute walk from the town centre, the apartment boasts panoramic sea and mountain views and is beautifully light and contemporary throughout.
Upper Level
The open-plan living and dining area offers spectacular sea views through full-height glass, filling the space with natural light. The modern white kitchen with black granite surfaces includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a stylish island with hob, oven, and extractor fan. The living area features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, satellite TV, and coffee table, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Kalkan. A guest WC is also located on this floor.
Lower Level
All three bedrooms are located on the lower floor and feature en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a Jacuzzi bath, while the other two bedrooms each have double beds. Each room enjoys sea views, offering a serene and restful atmosphere.
Outdoor Areas
The private roof terrace provides breathtaking sea and mountain views, plenty of space for sunbathing, dining, and enjoying the outdoors. The L-shaped plunge pool (approx. 4m x 3.5m x 1m) includes built-in seating and Jacuzzi-style jets, making it ideal for relaxing in style. The terrace enjoys sunshine for most of the day and into the evening.
Please Note: Apartment Tulip will undergo refurbishment over the winter of 2022 in preparation for the 2023 season. Updates will include a new kitchen, refreshed furnishings inside and out, redecorating, and a slightly smaller roof terrace pool with built-in seating to enhance terrace space and views.
