Spanning 300 sq ft this cozy casita includes a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, safety box, and a cozy living room with a TV. If you desire more space, an upper unit is available as a separate listing (# 3286335).
Our private property includes two buildings, the caretaker suite and two private casitas.

My husband and I live in Minnesota. We first travelled to Belize on our honeymoon in 2009 and fell in love. We have made annual trips back ever since. In 2020 we purchased this lot and started our journey of building out a property we will spend winter months at when we retire.
