With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our beach home provides ample space and comfort for those seeking to fully immerse themselves in the beach lifestyle.

The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a luxurious king bed, Roku TV, work desk and chair, an attached bathroom with a stand-alone shower for added privacy and convenience, and a walk-in closet.

The downstairs bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a closet. The third bedroom upstairs provides a king bed, Roku Smart TV, and a closet. The 4th bedroom located upstairs provides 2 single beds, Roku Smart TV, and a closet.

The upstairs and downstairs each include full bathrooms with a tub/shower combo.

The living room and dining room feature a brand new 60 in 1 - multicade arcade game, Roku Smart TV, dining table and seating for 8.

Unwind on the private deck located on the second level, complete with two outdoor chairs, where you can bask in the gentle coastal breeze and admire the serene surroundings.

Preparing meals is a breeze in our fully upgraded kitchen, boasting new granite countertops and Whirlpool stainless steel appliances. Equipped with a toaster, blender, and all the necessary kitchenware, you'll have everything you need to create delicious meals for your family. The refrigerator comes with an ice maker and water dispenser, while coffee lovers can enjoy their favorite brew with both a drip coffee machine and a Keurig machine provided. We supply a starter pack of K-cups and ground coffee.

For outdoor dining, we have a new Polywood dining set with a table, 6 chairs, an umbrella, as well as 2 additional Polywood chairs, a small table, and a Weber charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).

During your stay, you'll find that we've taken care of all the essentials. We provide sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners as a starter kit. However, we recommend bringing additional items such as extra towels, blankets, toiletries, and any specific kitchen supplies you may require.

Please note that there is no daily housekeeping service, ensuring your privacy and independence throughout your stay.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars, and we kindly request that the maximum occupancy does not exceed 8 humans.

Guests must be 25 years or older, although children accompanied by parents are welcome.
