Ne cherchez pas plus loin que «A Perfect 10», la maison de vacances idéale pour votre famille! Cette maison construite sur mesure donne sur le 10ème fairway du club Currituck. Une fois que vous arrivez, il y a beaucoup ������� faire à la maison et dans la communauté.

HAUT NIVEAU:
La grande salle englobe le salon avec système de divertissement, téléviseur ��� ��cran plat et le syst��me stér��o a un contrôle extérieur du haut-parleur. La salle à manger (10 places) et une cuisine bien équipée comprend un comptoir de bar (4 places), deux lave-vaisselle et une cuisinière à dessus plat. Une demi-salle de bain est disponible pour les invités à cet étage. Une mezzanine sert de salon privé. La première suite King Master se trouve au dernier ���tage et dispose d'une t����������lévision, d'un coin salon et d'un accès au pont.

NIVEAU MOYEN:
Deux King Master Suites avec télévision à écran plat sont à ce niveau; on a accès �� une terrasse privée. Pour les enfants, cet étage comprend également deux chambres avec un ensemble de lits superpos��s en pyramide et un lit gigogne dans chaque chambre et une salle de bains commune. Les deux chambres disposent ��galement d'une télévision.

NIVEAU DU SOL:
Chambre Queen avec télévision et acc���������s �� une salle de bain complète Cabana. La salle de jeux comprend un bar avec évier, un four micro-ondes, un mini-réfrigérateur, une télévision / Wii et des tables de jeux en ping-pong et baby-foot. La salle de divertissement dispose d'une t�����lévision à écran plasma et d'un système de cin��ma maison / DVD Bose. À l����extérieur, profitez de la grande piscine privée (11 ���x 23’) ou du bain �� remous et la terrasse environnante est spacieuse pour que tous les membres de la famille puissent s�����asseoir et se détendre.

Cette maison a aussi beaucoup de terrasses. En tant que clients du Currituck Club, une communauté ferm��e de premier ordre, votre famille peut utiliser ses diverses commodit��s, notamment un service de tramway gratuit pour accéder à la plage, un service de voiturier pour la plage, un clubhouse avec restaurant sur place, une grande piscine commune avec piscine pour enfants, un centre de remise en forme et des courts pour le tennis, le basketball et le volleyball! Des activit��s pour les enfants sont proposées pendant l'été, ainsi que des sentiers de promenade et de vélo. Clean, close to beach, pool & hot tub fully enjoyed. Owners are Currituck Club members and golf was half price. Three of us played twice. Awesome place!

The house eas perfect for our family of 12. We took advantage of the pool and game room and enjoyed the amenities of Currituck Club - tennis, golf and easy access to a great stretch of beautiful white sand beach. The house was clean and provided a great place to rest, relax and gather.

Family fun

We stayed with our family and our friend's family. House was a perfect fit for the 14 of us. Kids loved the pool. Everything was super convenient from the beach, to the stores, to the restaurants, to the activities. Plenty to do or not do depending on the vibe. It was perfect.

It really is a Perfect 10!

We been to OBX before but never to Currituck Club. We highly recommend this house and all of Currituck Club. We had such a great time at the beach, in the pool and hottub, lounging in the house in the AC, enjoying family meals around the table grilled outside, taking a wild horse tour, frequenting Duck Donuts and The Chill Spot, and visiting the local attractions. You can't go wrong with this property! A+

A Perfect 10 it is.

This home is located in a gated community with plenty to do from golf, basketball, tennis, bocce and basketball.It also has 5 pools if you would prefer not to use your private pool at the house. Shuttle service picks you up right at your driveway for a short ride to the beach. We all had a great time. The only setback was you have to bring all spices if you plan on cooking and the home needed a little cleaning ( nothing major ) though. You don't even need to remember to take out the trash as they have a service that does it for you. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice with Room For Improvement

The house was nice with plenty of space. There was an electricity issue, and broken door handle in a master bedroom with maintenance request not rushed and had an infant in the room. The windows and window sills have not been cleaned in a long time, spider webs everywhere outside. The neighborhood was great.. very pretty. The beach for the property was about 2 miles away, which was misleading in the description of the property. The grill was filthy. We had to scrape and clean for quite some time and decided using aluminum foil was the best option. Again, overall, my family enjoyed the stay, maybe housekeeping just needs to focus a little more in areas.

Family Vacation Success

We had a great time getting away. The house was very accommodating. The facility lent itself to numerous golf outings by a couple of our guys. (Be aware if you don't have 4 in your party the golf pro will double you up, our guys were not a fan of that, especially when it did not make sense because someone had not shown for their tee time so it wasn't a big deal, then they allowed a 2-some to go behind them). The teens loved biking everywhere, basketball, pickle ball, and bocce ball; adults too of course. It was nice to have the grocery store right there, we even walked to Duck Donut and Smoothie Island which was nice. My little nephew (10) loved feeding the turtles. Most of us got out in the morning and walked/ran/biked easily on the trail provided. The parking at the beach is horrible, upon leaving we saw people parking their cars at 6am. The trolley is nice and the drivers were friendly; but it was somewhat annoying waiting for a ride, or having to ride 45 minutes through out the plan looking for others that needed a ride. However, the ride back is quick, much appreciated. The pool at the house seems a little smaller than in the picture, but we enjoyed it to its fullest. Overall had a great trip!

Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice with just a few problems at day of arrival that were corrected the next day. The only thing that was disappointing about our stay was the trolley ride. It was not convenient at all and would prevent us from staying in the currituck club again. There was a long wait over an hour a times to return to your home. i was also told at time of booking the home that their was about 75 parking spots at the beach which was also incorrect information given to me. There are not that many spots. WE are beach people and although we have golfers in our family our main attaction is the beach. The currituck club has terriable asscess to the beach.

Everything we needed

A Perfect 10 was pretty darn close to the name. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious enough to fit 15 people comfortably and it was well appointed. We couldn't think of anything that we needed that was not provided. The location inside the Currituck, less than a 1/4 mile from Harris Teeter was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Family Destination in Corolla

This house is gorgeous! Lots of rooms, a great pool and a fantastic kitchen/living/dining area. We were a little concerned after reading several reviews that the house is dirty. We showed up to a house that was well cleaned - no complaints! The community is nice and beautiful. The house is tucked away in beautiful trees - very private. It was nice to be so close to the food store and shopping in Corolla - the convenience was such a plus. What would make this home ideal is if you could actually see the ocean from the house (personal preference). We had a house full of little toddlers and even though the trolley service was really good, if the house was located closer to the water, it would be easier to walk them down to the beach. Loading up our truck or riding the trolley service isn't ideal with a bunch of kiddos, when some need to return for nap time, etc. Thank you Perfect 10 for a beautiful vacation with my family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week. overall we really liked the house. It had plenty of room and we appreciated the game room and the bikes. Our only complaint would be about the cleaning ( candy wrappers and papers under the bed,sand on bathroom floors when we arrived and it did not appear that the carpets were vacuumed very well. The outside walls of the decks should be power washed) If these few issues were addressed, we would definitely recommend this house.

Overall Nice House

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were generally pleased by the Perfect 10 home in the Currituck Club Resort. It has a great layout and a good amount of space. The laundry machines, game tables, Wii, stereo system and TVs were all a big plus as was the pool and the very kind woman who came by twice to conduct maintenance on it. It's location in the resort is ideal for families with children as it is within walking distance of community pools, the playground, basketball courts and even the amazing Harris Teeter supermarket. However, the home's cleanliness was not what we expected at all. The carpets seemed un-vacuumed upon our arrival and we were forced to vacuum the entire home immediately after walking in from a 12 hr drive. Also, the kitchen counters were not properly cleaned before our arrival, dirty dishes were found sitting in the cupboards and the range hood was (and is) entirely dotted with dead gnats/flies. In addition, crumpled (used?) quilts and sheets were on the floors of the closets (in one bedroom closet the vacuum cleaner was found placed atop these crumpled linens). The master suite's bathroom has a large patch of mold under one of the sink cabinets and its shower was not properly cleaned. Some updated comforters would have also been a plus. Again, overall, the home is a nice place to enjoy an Outer Banks vacation but cleaning services could be better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving, we found a dirty stove, including the oven, dirty containers in a cabinet, dirty shelves in the fridge, crumbs on the pantry shelves, stains on the carpet, dried feces on the carpet in the upper bedroom, stains on the living room sofa, popcorn kernels & seeds on the living room carpet, full trash cans outside. Other than that, the place was very nice, bathrooms & bedrooms were very clean, spacious & well appointed. The cleaning people came back the next morning and the maintenance crew came to replace non-working light bulbs and advise on working the hot tub & turning on pool & patio lights. We felt that the cleaning company's supervisor should pay more attention to the job done by the crew, especially where the kitchen is concerned. After spending 17 hrs on the road getting to A Perfect 10, I had to spend another couple of hours cleaning the kitchen to be able to use it, and to order out for pizza because of the condition of the stove. Manager responded on 7/29/2013: We appreciate you bringing the housekeeping issues to our attention and are glad to hear that overall you were pleased once our cleaning and maintennace staff came by and addressed the issues.

Some of the baking sheets were very rusty and not very usable. Some of the pots/frying pans were not in the best condition. Manager responded on 7/8/2013: So pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay a "A Perfect 10." We appreciate the feedback about the kitchen items and have purchased new baking sheets and pots and pans for this home.

A Fun and Perfect 7 Days Spent With My Family

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 10 members of our family, 5 adults and 5 children. Each morning my husband and I enjoyed the upper deck reading or just looking at the scenery, especially the 12 deer prancing from the back woods to the front. What a sight! Each morning we ate breakfast at the house and then prepared lunch for the beach or ate at the house. Evening meals were spent at restaurants or we did take-out. The best 2 restaurants were Route 12 and Bambino (Little Italy). We took advantage of the community pools and of course the house pool. The trolley system is perfect and we enjoyed talking with others as we traveled. The waves were just right for us. It was totally a very nice area to stay. Thank you for such a nice week.

Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has vacationed with Paramount Destinations three times and this rental was the least satisfactory--a far cry from "A Perfect 10." The most disturbing was the dirtiness of the house. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, there was dirt on some of the bedroom carpets and the tables/counters were sticky. There was dust on a lot of the furniture and there were fingerprints on the glass. The shower in the master bathroom was clogged, so after a few minutes of showering, there was standing water in the tub. Gross! We did leave a note about this upon departure. The mattresses in all the bedrooms were so old, we could feel the springs stabbing us in our backs all night long. The couches in the living room were stained and old--we did not want to sit on them, much less relax in the living room. We spent a bulk of our time in the pool and in the community. The pool was very small and had an odd-shape that was not depicted well in the pictures. It was hard to have more than 5 people floating in the pool at a time. We still enjoyed our vacation and will stay in the same community in the future. We will not, however, ever consider this property. It was not worth the thousands we spent for this week.

Amazing Vacation!

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at A Perfect 10 on the Currituck Golf Course. The house is beautiful and comfortable! We spent multiple hours in the pool, which was the perfect size and temperature. The trolley service to the beach was reliable and fast! And the location in Corolla was close to shopping and grocery stores. It was truly a wonderful vacation and house! We would definitely return.
