Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Miguel Scott grew up in Miami, where as a teenager he starred as a defensive back for Miami football powerhouse Killian High School. He switched to the safety position to play for North Carolina State University, where he also earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, and ultimately signed a free agent contract with the NFL's New York Giants following graduation.
Once his playing days were over, he
obtained his Florida real estate license and successfully transitioned to the real estate business. At WERC Realty, he works the South Florida area, with an emphasis on luxury condos, single-family homes and property management in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The focus on organization and attention to detail he developed as an athlete, combined with the knowledge of the local markets he acquired as a longtime resident of both Montego Bay, Jamaica and South Florida, make him an especially effective real estate agent.
