The pool was awesome. Great helpful employees. The condo was nice. Downfalls were the dishwasher had flooded. The hot water tank needs updating. No nuetral temperature. We didn’t get our beach towels back after the flooding or the carpet for the dining room table.

Awesome!

Loved the condo. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The deck faces east so the condo never had direct sun - we learned to really appreciate this as we never needed a/c and could always see the beautiful view.The pool was small but but was perfect - met several people at the pool and all were very friendly. The security guard (Domingo) was very kind and super helpful. The host (Meisha) was very responsive and super helpful.Only negative was our time at Casa de los Sueños was too short. We hope to come back for a longer stay next time.

Quaint little spot

Nice property...would give it a 5 star but we had no hot water for 3 days. Communication with the host was excellent but it did detract from our stay. We really enjoyed the nearness of the beach...the heater is now fixed

Amazing condo!

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo from the first day to the last. The condo itself is spacious and the furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was great to work in and had everything you could possibly need to cook great meals. The balcony was so nice facing the jungle. We enjoyed watching the iguanas and all the birds! There was no need for air conditioning with keeping windows open for a lovely breeze. The hosts thought of anything you might need in the bathrooms, power cords for all devices as well as games, puzzles, books and a yoga mat which was a nice surprise and used daily! We spent some time at the pool which was usually fairly quiet. We loved the location. We rented bikes so we biked or walked everywhere. The pathways are really nice and getting to Bucerias was a breeze. The beach access was closeby and very convenient. They provide beach chairs, umbrella and coolers which was a nice touch. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return!

Everything as advertised!

My husband and I stayed in this condo February 2024 - The owners were very quick and good with replying to all our questions right from the initial contact and throughout our entire stay. Even checked in several times just to see how we were doing and if there was anything we needed. The condo is as advertised. It is at the back of building facing golf course side and very quiet, no loud road noise.The deck is shaded and keeps the condo cool with slider opened and screen door allowing the breeze to keep it cool. Did not have to use the air conditioning very often with all the ceiling fans, just maybe to cool the bedroom at night. The Welcome Book gives you all the necessary condo details and things to see and do. It was a plus to have washer and dryer, and all new appliances. Startup supplies were nice to have to get you going. Lots of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and glasses. We didn't seem to be missing anything. You can watch your own streaming accounts on 65" TV - Bring your Firestick. The security of the building with coded main front door and condo was great and made it easy to come and go. Pool is lovely and was never a problem to get a lounger. Some days we were the only ones there! The walk to the beach is easy and again a key fob to come and go. If you like to walk, Bucerias is about a 20 minute walk from condo either on the beach or on the lovely 'golden road' walkway entrance down past the Krystal Grand. Two OXXO and pharmacy on the way. We would recommend.

We split out time between Seattle, WA and Nuevo Nayarit, MX. We enjoy bird watching, gardening, hiking, camping, kayaking, and really anything outdoor related. We also love to make new recipes with fresh veggies from our garden. We love meeting new people and are lifetime learners!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love how quiet and safe this neighborhood is, while being just a short drive from all of the action. The beautiful coconut tree lined boulevard and the ocean breeze make this a dream location!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Large chef's kitchen with all you need to whip up a tasty meal. Huge balcony overlooking coconut trees, and The Flamingos Golf Club, perfect place for the morning coffee or evening cocktail. We are also avid birdwatchers and have viewed 35+ different species of birds from the balcony!!
