Located in the very City Center, on the cross/corner of Metekhi street and Feristsvaleba street.
Just 2 min walk from the Metekhi Church in old Tbilisi.
The apartment itself is a studio apartment (25 sq.m) plus a big 10 sq.m terrace/Balcony. The apartment is Newly decorated, With a fully equipped Kitchen and one double bed in a Studio room. everything in the apartment is brand new.

Building of our beautiful house was completed in 2014.
On the first floor of the house there are a fashion and product shop spaces.
Half of the house is already transformed into and operating as a hotel. Most of the buildings on our short street are dominated by hotels and in general, Metekhi area ( our area) is a popular spot for the tourists as most of the Tbilisi tourist attractions listed below are within a short walk distance:
*The peace bridge ( also known as a glass bridge),
*Rike Park.
*Europe square,
*Abanotubani ( sulphur bath)
*Chardin Bar ( popular day/night out spot, with plenty of bars) restaurants, clubs, boutiques etc...)
* Narikala fortress ( picturesque views over the city from this fortress)
* Cable cabin ( connecting both sides of the river Mtkvari, from one side Rike park and on another Narikala fortress. It cost only 1 $ to use this cable transport.
* Presidential Palace ( USA style architecture, often compared to the White House in Washington).
* Sameba ( holy Trinity) Church . it is the third-tallest Eastern Orthodox cathedral in the world,
* Freedom square and Rustaveli Avenue ( art-nouveau style architectural houses and buildings, Banks, Markets, Business offices, Galleries, Museums , Restaurants, Bars, Cafés etc... )

Most of the sightseeings are within a short walk so weather you are visiting for leisure, business trip, interested in Culture, History , art or just want to experience Tbilisi night outs , clubs and restaurants , our location will suit you best.

To our guests we offer Airport Transfers.
Prices are : From airport to apartment 12$ ( 40 Lari).
Also we understand that some gusts are greeted by friend or family or some would like to use a public transport or even taxi so in that case we will meet the guest at the address, we will explain how the equipment , Wi-Fi, hot water, TV, etc... Work, will give them good tips and guidance about the sightseeings, transportation and places to visit in Tbilisi and so on.. and will hand the keys of the apartment. Also we will remain at the service of our guests for 24 hours , 7 days a week , in case of any queries or question.
Please also note that The apartment is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the building.
Guest access
Half of the house is being transferred into a hotel and they serve full breakfast ( 15 Lari per person ) in the morning so if you wish you can reserve your place for a breakfast.

Other things to note
The Apartment is on 3 rd floor. There is no elevator in the house.
New Internet ( a proper broadband) has been installed in the apartment. Much faster and better quality. So if you have noticed that some customers have complained about internet speed or loosing the signal , now you can ignore it as it is already resolved .
