Living and Lounge Area
The main living space centers around a Chesterfield sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adultsâperfect for lounging, reading, or unwinding after a long day. A Smart TV with premium channels offers on-demand entertainment, while open shelving, warm ambient lighting, and natural textures create a calm, thoughtfully composed atmosphere. The lounge can fit two additional adults on a roll away bed.
Kitchen
A full kitchen is fitted with dark cabinetry, granite countertops, and open shelving. Stocked with quality knives, cookware, utensils, and pantry basics, itâs built for real useânot just show. A DeâLonghi espresso machine and grinder complete the setup.
Dining and Workshop Area
The high-table dining area doubles as a collaborative workspace. The tall wooden table with metal legs seats up to eight using a mix of stools and a bench. A brick accent wall, modern art, and a sleek pendant light create a stylish, creative atmosphereâperfect for shared meals, meetings, or teamwork.
Bedroom
The enclosed bedroom features a queen-size Chiro mattress for restful sleep, complemented by a spacious built-in wardrobe ideal for extended stays. A blackout honeycomb blind ensures privacy and deep rest while maintaining the roomâs clean, uncluttered aesthetic.

Shared building amenities include a lap pool, basketball court, playground, and shaded garden lounges.
Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the apartment, along with exclusive use of the rooftop deck, which includes a service and washing area.
In addition, you are welcome to use the propertyâs shared amenities, which include a lap pool, BBQ deck, basketball court, playground, and an outdoor running track. The clubhouse basement also houses a convenience store, water refilling station, and a pay-per-use laundry facility.
The BBQ area is located beside the pool and may be used with advance coordination through the Property Management Office, located near the gym.
Gym and Pool Access
For stays under 30 days, gym use is not included. Pool access is available Monday through Wednesday, with a fee of â±225 per person per session. Guests staying 30 days or longer are entitled to unlimited use of both the gym (via separate monthly membership) and the swimming pools.
We recommend checking with the Property Management Office in advance, as some amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled events or maintenance.
