Great location with amazing view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Elbow Cay and it exceeded all expectations. We had a golf cart for our entire visit but we usually just walked to town as it was less than 1/2 mile. The house was very clean, modern and well stocked with tons of porch space where we spent much of our time. We did miss not having a washer/dryer but this was a very minor inconvenience and we understand the need for this. The boat we rented was also super convenient, docked right behind the house on Nigh Creek.

Spacious living areas and bedrooms , large covered porches to enjoy the view! Great private boatslip across the street on Nigh Creek to see the rest of the Abacos and all the area has to offer. Love the Hopetown vibe and carolina cottages .

Recommendations; more hangers in bedroom closet or hooks on back of door (bathrooms too) & a usable closet in bedroom near front door. Please note: ice maker on counter was not usable during our stay as it had mold & bugs. Instructed cleaner at our departure & she cleaned immediately

Dear Gina, Thank you for notifying us about the ice maker. I wish you had called us during your stay so it could have been clean and usable. You suggestions about hangers and hooks to hang clothes on will be passed on to the owner. ECP Housekeeping & Management From the owner-We are bringing out additional hangers and an over the door closet hanger so people can easily hang clothes in the master where there isn’t a closet. Also the ice machine should be left open between renters

Fantastic stay!

We stayed at Sea Loft for 8 days in May with friends. The house is just gorgeous, the view from the porch and the lower deck are just beautiful. The kitchen was super well stocked, we were amazed at the selection of pots and pans, knives, wine glasses, etc. It really has everything you could think of and more! The rooms are comfy and everything was super clean.The house is close to the heart of Hope Town, an easy 10 minute walk. We did walk to Firefly which was a little far (we got a ride back after dinner). And we walked the beach a bit as well.The only thing we did not anticipate was the ramp up to the house. It is steep! It wasn't an issue for our group but it was not really mentioned in the description of the house. Those with mobility issues might have a lot of difficulty getting up and down. And it is super slick in the rain!Overall, this was just a fantastic stay! We cannot recommend this property enough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During our annual Hopetown holiday we were lucky enough to enjoy the beauty, privacy and history of the Sea Loft house. The private ocean views from every room are captivating and soul soothing so much so that we found ourselves dining in most days. The well equipped kitchen also helped. While our toddler napped after fun, long beach days, we had the picturesque breezy deck to retreat too. I enjoyed reading, especially all the lovely guest book entries over the years which some even moved me to tears. Sea Loft is a special place indeed.

From the state of the art AC units and appliances, to the cooking utensils, furnishings, and family games, everything was impeccable. The only concern we had was extending the length of the outside stairs to the first deck in the back. It is deceiving when you step down in the dark. Other than that, this property is unbelievable. I'll never forget waking up to the sound of the waves and the view from every room in the house! It was just magical.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip back to Hope Town. We wanted to rent a home close to town with a dock for our boat. Sea Loft was conveniently located and had a nice dock available. The property is so beautiful with views from the harbour and the ocean. The one downside was the steepness of the ramp but we got up and down just fine. This house is off the grid with its own solar power and generator. We did run into quite a few issues with the generator not turning on when the solar ran out of power. Once was after the storm and the management company had the maintenance man there within a couple of hours. Second time was on our last night around 12:30 am and we could not reach anyone until 6 the next morning. The house got really hot because there was no cross breeze. Despite the minor hiccups, I would 100% recommend this home for a family vacation. There were board games and coloring books for days when the weather was crummy. We also ate a lot of meals at home and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week earlier this month at Sea Loft and can’t say enough about this beautiful property. There are photos online that are lovely but they don’t pay justice to how stunning the home is. With floor to ceiling windows and and covered porch all around the house, the view of the foliage and blue ocean is everywhere. Sea Loft was recently built and the entire home is spotless and beautifully furnished with coastal furnishings in keeping with the area. The owners added thoughtful personal touches throughout which made us feel welcomed and the artwork, furniture and amenities are top notch and classy. Their commitment to the environment is evident with solar panels on the roof. There are private stairs that take you down to the ocean where we could walk on the beach and they also have a small deck to sun and overlook the ocean, too, where we drank coffee and cocktails. The rental property did a great job of accommodating us by meeting us in Elbow Cay at the ferry from Marsh Harbor, handling our luggage and taking us to Sea Loft, spending a few minutes to familiarize us withheld home and surroundings. They helped us with our departure at the end of the week, too. We are already talking about renting again next year. We are very seasoned travelers and decided that in all the places we have traveled and stayed in lovely hotels, resorts and Airbnb properties, Sea Loft is the most beautiful property of all!
