Bienvenue chez OceanVista Bonaire! Une vue absolument imprenable et un hébergement fabuleux vous attendent. Vous serez émerveillé par la vue sur la magnifique mer turquoise et bleue, le port maritime pittoresque de Kralendijk, la paisible île isolée de Klein Bonaire et la vue nord du parc national pittoresque et accidenté de Washington Slagbaai. OceanVista est l'un des 4 penthouses situés dans le petit complexe calme de Port Bonaire.

Le lumineux et ensoleillé 2 chambres (plus) offre une superbe intimité, situé au dernier étage du bâtiment de style néerlandais. Rien de tel que de se détendre sur le balcon après une longue journée de plongée ou de plongée en apnée. Bien qu'il se réveille, verser une tasse de café et serpenter sur le balcon pour voir les dauphins se cambrer sur l'eau pendant qu'un bateau de croisière passe au port de Kralendijk n'est pas trop mal non plus!

Nous avons voyagé partout dans les Caraïbes pendant de nombreuses années, toujours avec le rêve / objectif d'acheter notre propre place sur l'eau. Nous aimons faire de la plongée avec tuba, faire de la randonnée, faire du bateau, du vélo et nous détendre sur la plage. Lorsque nous avons finalement coché Bonaire sur notre liste d'endroits à visiter, nous avons immédiatement su que nous avions trouvé notre deuxième maison. Au cours de plusieurs visites, nous avons cherché l'endroit parfait et l'avons finalement trouvé. Nous avons acheté notre petit bijou, OceanScape Bonaire, au début de 2008, et à la fin de l'été 2010, nous n'avons pas pu résister à l'opportunité d'acheter OceanVista, notre fabuleux penthouse. Et en annonçant maintenant OceanEdge, notre belle une ou deux chambres (peut être configurée dans les deux sens).

Qu'est-ce qui le rend si génial? Assurez-vous de lire sur «Avantages uniques dans ce condo» plus bas sur la page dans la section «Carte et profil du propriétaire».

Lorsque vous franchissez la porte de votre condo, vous traversez l'arche dans une grande pièce ouverte qui comprend la cuisine et le salon, un espace spacieux avec un plafond voûté de 20 pieds ajoutant une sensation ouverte et aérée et de presque n'importe où dans la chambre, une large vue panoramique sur la mer. Le nouveau décor tropical de bon goût vous met dans l'ambiance pour vos vacances reposantes.

Il y a un système d'alarme de sécurité électronique sur le condo pour votre tranquillité d'esprit.

Le salon comprend un nouveau mobilier contemporain des Caraïbes, une télévision à écran plat LCD de 94 cm, un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD et une chaîne stéréo avec station d'accueil pour iPod. Une ligne DSL sécurisée à utiliser avec le câble Ethernet ou sans fil fourni avec le code d'accès que nous vous fournirons.

La cuisine est remplie de tout ce dont vous avez besoin (vraiment, j'aime cuisiner!). Réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, four et plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique, four à micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur et bouilloire électrique. Nous fournissons même un mijoteuse! Les comptoirs en granit offrent beaucoup d'espace de travail si vous avez envie de cuisiner et de savourer un repas dans l'intimité de votre propre balcon. Smokey Joe grill, vous pouvez emmener à la plage avec vous si vous voulez profiter d'un pique-nique barbecue.

Manger sur le balcon sur la grande table en teck est un vrai régal! Quoi que vous ayez préparé, cela ne peut pas avoir mauvais goût avec CETTE vue. Si vous souhaitez dîner à l'intérieur, vous avez un joli bar de cuisine et une petite table de bistrot pour répondre à vos besoins ou à votre humeur du moment. Pour un régal spécial, allumez des bougies et dînez en plein air la nuit sur le balcon. La lueur de la piscine et les lumières chatoyantes de Kralendijk (ajoutez une bouteille de vin) éveilleront vos sens ... essayez-le.

La chambre principale a une salle de bain privée avec grande douche à l'italienne. Lit king-size confortable recouvert de mousse à mémoire de forme, beaucoup d'oreillers moelleux, une armoire et une commode de bonne taille et une télévision à écran plat de 37 pouces avec lecteur Blu-ray. Cette chambre, avec une vue depuis les fenêtres de la chambre qui vous fera pleurer lorsque vous devez partir, s'ouvre sur le grand balcon principal donnant sur la piscine, et une vue magnifique sur la mer, Klein Bonaire et tout le littoral ouest de la île.

La deuxième chambre n'est qu'un bijou. Deux lits avec surmatelas en mousse à mémoire peuvent être réunis ou séparés. Une salle de bain privée, un placard spacieux et une grande commode, une unité de climatisation à commande individuelle (ou éteignez-la et ouvrez la fenêtre pour un alizé fabuleux pour caresser vos rêves tropicaux), et téléviseur à écran plat Sony Bravia 32 'avec lecteur Blu-ray ... calme, charmante retraite privée.

A l'étage, une mezzanine spacieuse avec deux lits jumeaux TRÈS confortables qui peuvent être séparés ou assemblés et votre propre climatisation à contrôler à votre guise. Le loft peut partager la salle de bain / WC avec la 2ème chambre avec une disposition unique de porte et de serrure qui maintient l'intimité des deux parties.

Un coffre-fort est disponible dans le condo pour votre usage.

Sur le balcon de l'escalier, il y a une buanderie avec une machine à laver et un séchoir.

Quatre chaises de plage et une glacière fournies.

Draps et serviettes fournis.

Une station de charge à base de transformateur et protégée contre les surtensions est fournie pour vos besoins de recharge.

Loved this property

We are a family of 5 and this unit was more than comfortable for all of us. The unit was well stocked, maintained and comfortable. The property is well groomed and maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Mark, the grounds keeper was very helpful. We enjoyed the view from our third floor balcony. The only downside was, we thought there was a hot tub attached to the pool, but it wasn't heated. We will be returning to Bonaire one day and plan on staying in this unit.

We are a quiet family of three. The unit is top floor and very hot. The Owner sent a very insulting note after we departed complaining about our use of the air conditioning. The note made personal attacks on our family despite never having met us. This was disturbing to say the least. Key became stuck in the lock and we were unable to safely secure the door for one night. Would not suggest this unit.

Perfection

This was so fantastic - I can’t even begin to verbalize how fantastic it truly was! Connie was an amazing host and so thoughtful and thorough in all her communications prior to arrival. She set us up for an organized and easy week with all her pre-trip details! The unit was simply stunning! Clean, organized, equipped and everything worked perfectly. Not a glitch! It was so lovely to have coffee overlooking the ocean and amazing pool amenity! The condo grounds were clean and the birds woke us every morning with their festive songs! Sunsets here were so colorful and the unit was peaceful and quiet all hours of the day. Residents were so nice and we met amazing people on site. Dive Friends was right next door and they were fantastic to work with. So convenient, helpful and what a fun crew! I highly recommend this unit for your stay in Bonaire. We will be back and for longer next time! A week wasn’t nearly enough to see all this island had to offer - and this unit was truly like a home away from home! 10 stars!!!

Beautiful and Peaceful!

Awesome customer service. Owner was very responsive. A cell phone was provided for local use. Owner sent us a package before our vacation, loaded with tips and suggestions. The location of the condo is perfect. The condo is spacious and well furnished. Easy to check in and out of. There was plenty of parking inside a gated parking lot. There is a dive shop right next door and a nice dive spot on the other side of the condo.

Excellent Apartment with great view and location

The apartment was exactly what I expected as far as the accommodation itself. It exceeded my expectations as for the location. It is right across the street from the airport but the noise is a non factor. It is on the South side of town so very easy to go to areas like Sorobon Bay to wind surf and bonefish. As well only a 10 minute drive to the town restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to the best restaurant in the island Brass Boer. But the best is that there is a beautiful beach right next door that can be accessed by the property's private gate basically a 5 minute walk. This beach has reefs 20 feet from shore with world class snorkeling. There are also 2 Food Trucks that park on the beach daily with excellent food. My 8 year old grandson and I snorkeled the beach reefs from the ladder located at the property very easily. On top of that the excellent Dive Shop (Dive Friends) is right next door. So from the apartment to the dive shop is yes another 5 minute walk, get on the boat and scuba dive the healthy beautiful reefs on Klein Bonaire. We stayed for 1 month and every Thursday the owner provided maid service. As for the owner she could not be more supportive and attentive. Responded at times almost immediately to any questions/concerns I had. Overall we had a marvelous time and I fully recommend the property. I know we will be back.

Just lovely

The condo was exactly as described. The view was lovely. We were there in early March and had the front bedroom and therefore never needed the AC at all. The breezes were enough to keep us comfortable. The proximity to the airport was ONLY convenient- we never heard the planes at night and and didn’t notice them much during the day. Close to town but not TOO close. All the different codes are a bit of an annoyance but I suppose they must be necessary for security. I would have been happy to just sit on that balcony and read and watch the water all day!

Surprisingly great location!

Location across from the airport is very convenient, & since there are very few planes in and out during the day you don't even notice that it is there. The day you leave you can drop off your rental car and grab luggage carts to bring back to Ocean Vista. They are very gracious about allowing you to use the property if you have a later flight on your last day.The property is clean & very well-equipped. The pool area it's also very clean & enjoyable. . Snorkeling right from the steps was wonderful! We saw barracuda and Many different fish.You can head south to the beach, or across the channel to snorkeling. Favorite snorkeling trip was Salt pier where we saw young sea turtles. It was great to hang out and watch them digging into the sandy bottom along with a few fish pals. favorite restaurants: Italy in the world (Delicious food,Very quiet and air-conditioned),the Bonairian (amazing waterfront table, great service, and great food) A few things to note : There is separate air conditioning for the living room, and each bedroom, the dining room table is out on the balcony, there are alot of codes -- For access to the beach, the front gate, store room, and a remote for the car Entry gate. The unit is on the third floor and the AC Is needed most of the time. Lower floors might be cooler and you might be able to leave the windows and doors open for cooling. The owner prefers that you avoid using the AC, or use it very sparingly, which made us feel guilty every time we turned it on. It would be nice to have some more shade available at the pool because it is easy to get sunburned in the tropical sun The condo community was very quiet when we were there at the end of Feb. It was carnival time in the city, though, Which meant that a lot of streets were closed When We tried to drive to dinner.We had to choose restaurants south of the condo to avoid road closures. Also, most restaurants are closed at least 1 or 2 days midweek ( usually Tues and Wed it was hardest to find open restaurants that were not impacted by road closures). When we headed to Rincon on a Tuesday to do some snorkeling, we found out that none of the restaurants or cafés were serving food( drinks available). Thurs. night, Feb. 27, there was music (we gather it was from the carnival) that was so loud that you could not sleep even with the windows closed. A great island for snorkeling! Overall, we prefer Maui & the Big Island since there are additional activities to enjoy.

Exactly like on line- easy location for all activities

The condo was exactly as pictured and described on line. The rooms are spacious, the view to the water, the pool and Klein Bonaire is great. The amenities are appreciated and helpful— beach towels, beach chairs, shopping bags for grocery store, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked compared to most rentals. We didn’t cook a lot but did do some and really appreciate having pans, a strainer, decent knives to chop, etc. The checkin was very clear from the materials provided before the trip— there are a few steps so make sure you bring the materials. The location next to the airport is really easy. We walked across with luggage while my husband went to get our truck and then did the reverse to go home. We used Dive Friends with the discount for diving which worked fine— convenient shop adjacent to pick up and drop off tanks though boat dives required a short drive to get. Connie was very responsive ahead of our stay— she checked in with me on arrival and when I asked at end for a late checkout, she was responsive and could accommodate as no one was coming for a couple of days. Her counsel on the island was very helpful— restaurant sl, activities. We also appreciated the house copy of shore diving sites to help us plan our days. Our only watchout is the third floor location for divers. I knew this going in— but it means a lot of gear carrying up and down. In hindsight, I might have rented a locker at Dive Friends to save some lugging!! Great place, great host!

Fabulous vacation

I absolutely love staying at Port Bonaire . I have a different condo than last year but enjoyed it as much . Connie the owner is great and makes sure that your vacation is perfect by including a very informative vacation package prior to your arrival . The view from the balcony is really nice , so very little need to go out to dinner for sea side dining 😬 The complex is clean , quiet , secure and we have a contact on the property if we need something Thank you Connie ,wish we could stay longer

Perfect Choice!

Oceanvista is the perfect base for a Bonaire getaway. The condo is very comfortable and equipped to meet all your needs. It's impossible to beat that beautiful ocean vista right off the rear deck, and great to look out the master bedroom window in the morning onto the beautiful blue ocean. The aspect I enjoyed the most is related to the location - there was absolutely fantastic snorkeling just behind the complex. The location is also very close to the best grocery stores, and near town for a short drive, but far enough out of town to be out of the hustle and bustle. There's also a Dive Buddy operation right in the complex, so that makes diving prep and tank refills a snap. The owner sent very detailed info on the property specifics and special notes about Bonaire. It was very helpful during our stay. The unit even includes a cell phone for use around the island, and there's a caretaker available to resolve any issues you may have. Can't say enough good things about the property!

Plans to return...

This was our 10th trip to Bonaire, our second stay at Port Bonaire but our first stay with Connie and Oceanvista. Pretrip. Access to owner was exceptional with prompt and thorough replies to all inquires. About 2 weeks prior to arrival we received an information packet. All too often as a renter I was left trying to figure out the ins and outs of each particular unit. Connie provides all the information you need to work everything from the locks to the ac unit. The apartment. Third floor, no elevator. Clean and very tastefully decorated. Unlike every other rental we have had on Bonaire, there was ac in all the living areas although we rarely used it except for the bedroom at night. Mostly the windows were thrown open (all had screens) and we had a wonderful breeze throughout the apartment. The view from the balcony is lovely but partly obstructed by large palms. These mostly block the view of town. The kitchen. Small but well stocked. A large selection of pots and pans that were in very good condition (not common in my experience). Refrigerator worked well. No ice maker but plenty of ice trays to make your own. The dishwasher was older but worked well. Laundry. To the right of the front door is a separate closet area with a full sized clothes washer and folding drying rack. There were also chairs, cooler and Smoky Joe available but we did not use them during this stay. Living room large and comfortable. A convenient charging station with plugs and usb ports. Master bedroom with king size bed with firm but comfortable mattress. Smooth, soft sheets. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Plentiful towels that were the softest of any rental I have been in, condo or hotel. Second bedroom available as well as sleeping area in loft. Hall powder room and second bathroom with shower but no toilet. Both connect to second bedroom. Diving. Dive Friends PB is quite literally next door with lockers available for gear. Connie has a heavy duty rod on balcony with wetsuit hangers. Thanks to this and the trade winds, my wetsuit was dry each morning. Location. Almost ideal. Across from airport but rarely heard the planes even with the windows wide open. Easy access to town and the shops, restaurants and groceries but also a perfect staging location to dives both north and south. And our favorite food, Kite City Food Truck, is right on the beach next door. Checkout. Again super easy with the detailed instructions provided by Connie. All in all a great stay.

Excellent in all respects!

This unit is a gem which we loved! Our fourth trip to Bonaire, we found a place which was perfect for our needs. The unit is lovely. Very nicely decorated, it had everything we needed to host our four adult children at various times throughout our two week stay. The living space was the perfect size, and we loved and used the covered balcony continuously. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare many home-cooked meals which we prefer. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were sufficient for our group of (at most) 5 at a time. The screens were intact and protected us from mosquitoes when the winds were less, much preferred to another location where we had stayed which had no screens and we were unable to protect ourselves even inside. The location was perfect. The view stunning. Having the airport across the street was actually very convenient as we walked over to pick up guests when needed; checked into the unit and returned for the rental car when it was less busy later in the day. We were entertained rather than irritated by the routine departures of the larger flights, such as the evening "dreamliner" or the KLM flight to Amsterdam. There were no flights during the sleeping hours. Having Dive Friends Bonaire right next door was great as we could store diving equipment there (arranged ahead of time) and pick up tanks easily for shore dives. We hauled less 'stuff' as a result, and felt comfortable leaving tanks in our truck as the lot was accessed only through a locked gate. Connie was delightful to interact with, communicated promptly and was clear and helpful with every message. She provided a wonderful packet of information ahead of time, which was very useful and would have been even more needed if it were our first time on Bonaire. We would happily return, thanks so much Connie!

Beautiful view, good location, comfortable property

The apartment was on the third and fourth floors of the Port Bonaire community (that is safe because it's in a gated community). The views were fabulous and the access to Donkey Beach and pier snorkeling was easy and fun. There are multiple locations to rinse any dive/snorkeling equipment on and near the property and a dive shop next door (with dive boats leaving daily). The apartment was a bit dated, with some minor issues that did not really impede our enjoyment of the beauties of Bonaire. I highly recommend this place - my wife and I are planning to return in 2020.

Exceeded expectations!

Let me talk first about the accommodations. Connie communicates every step of the way, even sending us an information packet in the mail before we arrived with all the information we needed. She was prompt with every response. The condo is beautiful, well decorated, conveniently located to airport (across the street but not noisy), the dive shop (right next door), and a short car ride away from restaurants, shopping and shore dives. Connie thought of everything. She supplied plenty of beach towels, hooks and drying rack for wet items, wet suit hangers, BCD hangers (and drying rack), closet space, hangers, plenty of drawers and storage, a fully appointed kitchen, outdoor seating, hairdryers, and even thought it doesn’t look like it...a sofa comfy enough to nap on while the breeze flows through. We needed for nothing!!!! As far as the island, We are a family of 4 from the US wanting a scuba diving experience for us and our 13&14 year old children. My husband is an experienced diver, while the kids and I were recently certified. Bonaire, is the perfect place...we had amazing dives. The island is wonderful, safe, shore dives everywhere, great restaurants, friendly staff. We saw flamingos, donkeys, iguanas, goats, and colorful birds. It’s worth taking a trip to Lac Bay. We tried Washington park, but arrived two minutes late and were turned away...make sure you arrive by 2:30. We never had a bad meal and we had gelato everyday. We loved Gio’s but preferred Luciano’s for gelato and coffee. We had goat stew in Rincon (posada para Mira) on the way home from the northern dives and would recommend this experience. Our favorite dives were 1,000 steps, Salt Pier and Hilma Hooker (wreck). We would definitely consider returning!! Thanks, Connie

Beautiful, convenient, and friendly

My husband and I stayed at Ocean Vista for a week, and loved every minute. The condo itself is lovely, and has every kitchen gadget that you could ever want! It was a pleasure to have such a well equipped kitchen, and as a result we cooked at home for several evenings. The view from the porch and main bedroom is stunning, and we found ourselves watching the boats come in and out of the harbor for hours on end. The dive shop next door, Dive Friends, was very accommodating. It was a pleasure to be able to step on to the boat right next to our condo, and also to be able to check out tanks for shore diving so easily. The pool and deck area was beautiful, and well maintained. The other visitors in the condo were also very friendly, and we had lots of conversations about each day's dive. And, of course, the diving on Bonaire is amazing. We've been diving here since 1993, and the health of the reef and amount of marine life is simply incredible. It's the best we've ever seen it! We will definitely stay at Port Bonaire in Oceanvista on our next trip to Bonaire, hopefully soon!

Beautiful condo in perfect location!

The condo had everything and anything we needed. The grounds were beautifully kept. Having Dive Friends next door makes diving so convenient. The town, supermarkets, restaurants and dive sites are all nearby. One recommendation would be to rent a pickup truck or van (dive bus) if you plan to dive. Small cars can't handle tanks and dive equipment and believe me you will want to make shore dives. Connie gives good recommendations for restaurants, etc. Take her up on them.

Aweson Accompdations

The place was great. Convenient location, right across from the airport, next to the beach, and water access right from the pool location. This is our second time at Port Bonaire and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

* Snorkel and dive directly in front of the condo. Easy ladder entry for you to use, steps away from your door, very short swim to 18th Palm or Windsock dive sites. Spectacular snorkeling and diving right in front of you. Dockside rinse tank, freshwater shower, and hanging hooks.

* Walk to beach. TeAmo/Donkey beach/Windsock is a few steps south of your condo through a secure access gate.

* Dive shop on site. Dive Friends runs a full operation on site.

* Close to the action. You are less than a 10 minute drive to the coveted south shore dive sites or windsurfing at Lac Bay, and 5 minutes to the center of Kralendijk.

* Easy access to the airport, rental cars, grocery, and a short walk to Plaza Resort, where you will find boat rental, water sports, tennis and restaurants. We don't even rent a car when we arrive. We roll our luggage across the street and get settled in, and then rent a car later when the crowds have died down at the car rental counters, or even the next day.(And don't worry, the airport is not noisy here - - it is much noisier at places a little further south in Belnem due to the orientation of the single runway)

* Top floor and the additional sense of security it brings, not to mention the enhanced view.

* Sunny, tropical décor and plenty of windows to open, or Air-Conditioning is available throughout.
