Property Portita spre Delta is distinguished by a special charm offered by the positioning of the house on a hill overlooking from the courtyard directly to Lake Golovita, but also by the traditional architecture of the house.
With the help of an old carpenter we managed to bring the house old time sparkle, improvements have been made also to the interior to increase the comfort offered to our guests, but respecting in the same time the traditional theme.
The apartment has one bedroom with double matrimonial bed, a living with desk and sleeping couch and a bathroom equipped with walk in shower.
Since we want our guests to be able to enjoy both the view and a relaxation area during the day and mainly in the evening, a dining area in the interior of the kitchen has been designed for this purpose, offering TV, a library with all kid of books, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, tea making facilities and a toaster.
During the day the relaxation area can be easily identified in the shade of an old cherry in the center of the property bordered by a hedge and also in the terrace that has garden furniture, sunbeds.
The Kitchen and the lounge( gazebo) and also the yard are common with the other guests from Apartment Razelm.
It is noticeable the proximity to the port of Jurilovca at about 2.3 km from where you can take the boat to Gura Portitei beach, visit Argamum fortress or Heracleea (Enisala) fortress.
