Oceanfront 3-bedroom villa with spectacular view!

Bel Lavi Villa is located at Pointe Dubique, just outside of Calibishie, Dominica. Spending time at "Bel Lavi" will remind you that life is beautiful. It is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It is only 20 minutes from Melville Hall Airport to the south. "Pirates of the Caribbean" was filmed at several nearby locations.
The most remarkable thing about the villa is its location on the cliff directly above the bay. You can access the beach by way of a 300-meter path leading from the villa to the beach below. The Hodges River flows into sea right in front of the villa. The villa's location also accounts for the incredible views available through the villa.
All three bedrooms offer direct ocean view and French doors opening onto a veranda. Off of the spacious living room, there is a large veranda facing the sea equipped with dining table and chairs as well as lounge chairs. There is also an upper veranda accessed from the two upper bedrooms. Both verandas have unobstructed views of Hodges Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and mountain ranges to the south. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden. There is a private driveway with off-street parking right at the villa's front door.
All furniture and cabinets are hand-crafted and made of local hardwoods. All bedrooms have electric fans and mosquito nets if desired. There is normally a natural breeze that keeps things cool, but the villa also has a new air-conditioning system. The ductless mini-split system has independent temperature controls in each bedroom and in the living/dining/kitchen area.
There is a "master" bedroom on the lower floor with ensuite bathroom and 55" smart tv. The ground floor also includes a spacious living room with sofa, coffee table and 55" smart tv. There is also a dining area with table and chairs for six. There is an additional half bath on the lower floor and another full bath on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker and Keurig beverage machine. A custom-built high -speed internet system was recently installed providing Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Hard wired ports are also available.
We also offer premier guest support services. Our local property manager can attend to any needs you may have, and can arrange for such things as maid services, chef services, or help in arranging tours or transportation. We can provide for pick-up at the airport and transportation to the villa.
