Cozy up in the living area with a good book or watch your favorite shows on the TV. Outfitted with granite countertops, the well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, gather between the dining table and the kitchen bar. A washer/dryer provides added convenience during your stay.

Continue to practice your golf game at the San Carlos Golf Club, located approximately four miles from home. Go for a scenic walk in nature at the Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve that's about seven miles away.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental requires the completion of two applications requiring sensitive information and payments to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking. Please contact Vacasa for the current application and barcode fees.
There is an optional Discovery Package which includes golf, tennis, bocce ball, fitness facilities, and country club amenities please contact Vacasa for details. Without this package, you'll only have access to the community outdoor pool.
The fireplace in the living room is not operational.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
