Accommodating up to 7 guests, this condo features three bedrooms: a luxurious king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable queen bedroom, and a cozy double bedroom with a single trundle. Bedroom 3 also boasts a retractable stand-up office desk with a large monitor, perfect for remote work or video calls. Additionally, a ground-floor storage closet provides beach amenities for your convenience.

Indulge in resort-style amenities including park charcoal grills, a sound side pier with a gazebo for fishing or relaxation, and the option to bring or rent kayaks for an unforgettable sound-front experience. Parking is available for 2-3 cars underneath the property on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking passes provided inside the condo. Please note a $75 replacement fee applies for lost passes. Smoking and pets are not permitted, and no events are allowed on the premises. Entry to the condo is hassle-free with keyless entry via a code provided 24 hours prior to your arrival, ensuring a seamless start to your beach retreat.
