The entry terrace sets a warm and welcoming tone for this flat. Nestled between buildings, the space is instantly relaxing, with vibrant greenery and a lush, hanging couch.
Immediately off the terrace is a cozy living area, an airy great room with slightly curved, undulating walls, and a full open kitchen, all lit with gentle natural light.

Beach Club access has a fee of $15 per person per day.

In an attempt to simplify things for guests, who hail from all across the world, we will apply a property service fee of $10 per bedroom per day. This helps eliminate any confusion for our guests, who come from a variety of cultures with different tipping customs.

Las Catalinas is a growing town and has ongoing construction areas around the edges of town.

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.
