Wonderful host!

I love the way the home was decorated, it really made the stay great. The host really went above and beyond to stock essentials, and even some extras like coffee! There’s Roku TVs in every room which is nice. Everything was clean, the bathroom lighting and Bluetooth speakers were great. We enjoyed the hot tub also! Definitely would recommend this house to stay.

Awesome time!

We celebrated our 19 year Anniversary in Hot Springs and this house was great. Such thoughtful design touches and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the house was clean. Loved all the music motif. We didnt end up using the hot tub but we felt it and it was very hot, just not much privacy. We would come back for sure!

Beautiful updated House

Beautiful place, love the music theme with concert posters, guitars, violins and microphones. Short drive to downtown and to the racetrack. Perfect gem! Enjoyed our stay!

Great house!

Perfect size for 2 couples. Seems recently re done and was cozy and cute! Had everything we need and was a good location to uber or drive to downtown and Oaklawn. The hot tub did not get warm, but overall experience was great.

Cozy house

My family of four stayed at this cozy house for a week while we were in town for FASA Nationals Softball Tournament. It was perfect for all of our needs for the week. Communication was great with the owner and they were very friendly.

Charming Bungalow - Great Location!

The house was perfect for two couples on a weekend getaway to Hot Springs! An easy 5 minute drive from bathhouse row, Oaklawn Racing, hiking trails and more. Super clean, loved the decor, amenities, and comfy sofa. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

What a wonderful stay at an updated and modern house. The hosts ensured we were comfortable and have truly thought of everything to make the stay relaxing. We spent our time exploring downtown and at the horse races, and it was a quick drive each time. Perfect vacation rental!

Relaxing getaway

We booked this place for a relaxing girls getaway at the spa and in nature. This place had everything we needed: plenty of space and accommodations for 4 adults, close proximity to bathhouses and trails, great price, beautifully remodeled home, and excellent hosts!! We will definitely book here again when we come to Hot Springs in the future.

Great stay

The house was cosy and tidy. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive. We also loved its location as it was close to many major tourist spots and super markets. Would like to stay again whenevr we visit the place again.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very well decorated and very clean. It was close to town. It was very well supplied. I’d definitely stay here again. Braden was an excellent host.

Newly renovated and convenient

This property was not only beautifully renovated but also, minutes to Oaklawn and many other places such as downtown Hot Springs, dining, and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great proximity, nice and clean

We stayed for a long weekend to bring one of our kids to summer camp. This house is in great proximity to all the hot springs attractions. It was very clean and we loved that it had extra towels so we weren’t stuck doing lots of laundry. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook with. We’d stay here again.

Perfect Place!

This little house really is just perfect! It had just the spaces we needed and was so comfortable! The refurbishing work has been done with great care and attention to detail. And it really has a fun decorating vibe. The host was quick to answer any questions we had!

Tastefully Decorated

I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that was so tastefully decorated. I loved the music themed decor. My nephew LOVED the Bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms (it made him love showering) and the couch was so comfy I wish I had it at home!

Comfy home and great design choices

Had everything we needed. Music instruments and concert posters decorated the house. Comfy beds and sectional couch. Bluetooth fan in the bathrooms with nightlight was pretty cool. Would be nice if the backyard was landscaped.

Good and Bad

This rental is a renovated home in an area of older houses. A few days before checkin I inquired about an early check in and was then told the hot tub was recently out of order due to a previous guest. The host did offer first to refund our stay but it ended up only being a 60% refund so we decided to keep the reservation. The inside of the home is nicely renovated and was very clean. Our complaint was the “backyard” if you could call it that. The back porch could be very nice if it was taken care of. The hot tub had clearly been out of service for a long time, the back porch covered in leaves and limbs and the weeds in the backyard up to our knees. Not an inviting space. There was a firepit with no chairs and we were afraid to walk to it anyway due to the state of the yard. The neighbors yards are even worse up past our waist just weeds! I say if you don’t care about outdoor space then book it but that was important to us and we were disappointed.

Holiday Getaway

Absolutely LOVED our stay in this little gem of a place hidden in a quiet neighborhood, central to all the activities we were interested in, without all the hustle & bustle of an urban environment. The house was beautifully decorated, with great amenities, comfortable beds and living area. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider booking here again. It's a 10 out of 10, for sure! 💗

Road trip to college ....

We were driving from Chicago to Houston to drop my son off at college. We came across this rental on VRBO. What you see is what you get. The interior is homey and updated. Attention to detail. The neighborhood was not at all posh, but I felt safe enough, and it was close to everything (HS National Park, Bathhouse Row, Garvan Woods, Grand Promenade). The communication with host was efficient. Highly recommend.
