We had a nice time gated private community near the beach 2 parking spots spacious bed rooms are down stairs Near rain forest .

Overall the experience was excellent and would definitely book this property again. A few minor things, some of the furniture and kitchen is dated and therefore don’t come across as they looked in the listing (example, fridge door had some rust spots / staining on front, bidet in master suite was not hooked up/didn’t work, golf cart available but to be booked separately and at additional cost). The owner was very responsive whenever I texted or sent a message. There could have been better communication up front (ex: in check in instructions or notes in the binder on site), like how you have to check in at the guard gates to get into the property and how to navigate the overall resort property.

1st time in Puerto Rico

The property is secluded but was everything we needed. We did enjoy the hot tub every evening. Recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place with multiple pools and hot tubs outside and the beach is a short walk.

Location and views!

The location of this villa within Rio Mar is excellent. We loved having access to the pool and beach. The villa is super spacious for a family. We had a minor mishap but Diana was excellent and rectified the issue right away. I cant say enough good things about my communication with Diana and her willingness to ensure we had a pleasant stay!

Good space in an aged villa.

It was pleasant yet interrupted by significant noise from workman doing extensive repairs on roofs and walls in need of scrapping and painting and needing very large machines to access their targeted areas. Weather was great. Pool’s near and well kept. Beach lively though beach man who would be available to help with chaises would be preferred . Also, not allowed in pool by the beach on weekends!A surprise.

Good experience

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great its proximity to local shops and restaurants was perfect. The pool is located directly in front of the unit. It was clean and tranquil. The unit is very spacious and very clean. The down side was the ac on the main floor wasn’t working. Sandra responded immediately and offered to have it fixed. We did wake up to constructions a few days in a row.

Great Location- pools and nearby beach

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The condo is inside the gated community of the Wyndham resort, a short walk to the beach and next to the complex's pool. Although this condo is older/outdated and the kitchen could be better, we felt safe and comfortable staying here. The bedrooms were very large and there were 3 full baths. There is no air conditioning upstairs, but that was never a problem. We would have preferred to have tv's in the bedrooms, but it wasn't a problem using our laptops. We also weren't on vacay to stay inside too long! Plenty of towels for bathing and the pool. We would stay again!

The villa needs renovation. Small items like clothes hangers, enough matching silverware and dinnerware lacking, extra bed linens not available. Contacted the host to no avail. Toilets take forever to empty.

Very Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Being in the Wyndham was amazing with stunning beaches, great pools and restaurants. The “villa” is a unit in cluster four, las brisas area, and is located up above the golf course. You can rent golf carts for $75 a day to get around the facilities but given we had rented a car for our trip we just drove our rental car as there are parking spaces by the pool/beach and a parking lot by the hotel. You could walk about 15 mins to the villas pool and beach - prob 20/25 mins to hotel facilities. Right outside the unit by the parking space there is also the cluster pool (for all villa las brisas visitors and residents) which is amazing and like a private pool as no one else was ever there. Diana was super responsive and the unit itself is was cute. Decorated with interesting art and very comfortable after a day at the beach. The bedrooms are downstairs, and spacious/beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the bare essentials as far as cutlery, cookware and appliances - we ate out a lot so not an issue for us but good to note if you plan on doing a lot of cooking. Overall, had a great stay!

Puerto Rican Paradise

Overall a great space. I stayed here with my wife and three young kids. Finding the rental for the first time was very tricky but smooth sailing after. Central air conditioning system kept the upstairs quite cool and split units in each bedroom was amazing. Kitchen was fully equipped and my wife was able to whip us up some amazing breakfasts. I would recommend two things- that the rental is properly walked through prior to guests arrival and that building renovations be scheduled during off peak seasons. After spending the first night my eldest child woke with a stuffy nose and cough and after checking I saw the a/c unit in her room was leaking and MOLD was growing on the shelf below. Diana had someone come out the same day to repair and clean but this could have been avoided if the unit was inspected prior to our arrival. Midway through our seven day stay roofers appeared to work. They dangled extension cords across the walkway and I would have preferred an accommodation away from the renovation or have them work when no guests were present, especially with young kids. Overall experience was good and due to its prime location I would recommend staying here.
