Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so happy to hear that you thought the house was amazing and that you would love to return. That truly means a lot to us. We're sorry to hear that the rooster disturbed your sleep. As the home is located in a tropical residential area of Costa Rica, it's not uncommon to hear local wildlife and neighborhood animals, including roosters. While this is unfortunately outside of our control, we completely understand how it may have impacted your experience. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Warm regards, ZINDIS Hospitality Group
