The space
If you're looking for a large home with a lot of space, this is the place for you.
This home sits on an exclusive neighborhood community and is quiet at almost all times of the day.
We use a keyless entry so you can check-in and enter at any time (no key needed). We will send you the private code prior to check-in.
While we understand the night life at Papas & Beer is unique and a must experience, we do ask that all of our guest be considerate of our neighbors and make the entrance back home as quite as possible. Street parking is available for additional cars
This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, coffee pot, microwave, cooking ware, plates, cups, and utensils. We provide towels to shower and wash cloths as well. The home includes(2 ) 55" Roku HD Smart-TV's for the living rooms, 2 other smaller tvs in the rooms, WiFi and a computer desk.

F.A.Q’s, (Frequently Asked Questions) What We Provide and What you need to bring.
-Check-in is 4pm
-Check-out is 11am
-You can check-in any time after 4pm and as Late as 10 pm, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter.
-Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm.
-Late Check-out depends on if we have a new guest arriving the same day, ask the day off and we will confirm.
-The Deposit is Not Charged. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all.
-The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking.
-In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options.
-If you are looking for directions or locations it is best to look up "Trip Advisor" for things to do in the Area and "Yelp" for Restaurants. (FREE Apps on your phone)
-We will send you All Information and Address Prior to your Arrival.
-We Provide CLEAN Sheets & CLEAN Towels to all Guests upon Check-in.
