House was very clean upon arrival. Very nice quit area, felt secluded even though other house were nearby. Had deer in the yard every morning and a constant flow of hummingbirds around the feeder by the front porch. The porch and deck were great for morning coffee, or relaxing in the evening. Inside the cabin was well furnished and decorated. The kitchen and dining area were great. Even has a good little DVD selection, and several board games on site. Location was within 30 to 45 minutes of Bryson City, Cherokee, and Western Carolina University. So easy commute to get about anywhere. Parking area does have a slight bit of slope to it, but this is in the mountains. All in all, a great little cabin for going up to spend the weekend with my child who is attending WCU.
