L'appartement est situé au 5ème étage d'un immeuble neuf et moderne marque, seule une courte distance de marche de la Caroline du Parc et le shopping fantastique, et est entouré par les plus chaudes clubs cafés, restaurants et boîtes de nuit. L'appartement dispose d'un salon et un coin salle à manger, deux chambres avec grands placards, deux salles de bains, une cuisine et un garage pour une voiture. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont également inclus. Une chambre avec un lit queen, et l'autre a deux lits jumeaux. Les salles de bains ont des serviettes de bain pour votre usage, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine et salle à manger, y compris les ustensiles de cuisine.

En plus de tout cela, sans fil haut débit à Internet, le téléphone et la télévision sont également inclus.

Cette unité non-fumeurs dispose d'une terrasse au 8ème étage si vous souhaitez fumer à l'extérieur. Animaux ne sont pas autorisés. Il est seulement un court trajet en taxi à la ville la plus vieille (Quito Colonial), un des plus beaux endroits à Quito. Ce centre historique et culturel est à la maison à des églises, le palais présidentiel, des musées, des rues pavées, et de nombreux autres sites merveilleux. Ou diriger vers le nord pour visiter le centre du monde, où vous pouvez mettre un pied dans l'hémisphère nord et une au sud, pour être dans les deux hémisphères en même temps.

GREAT LOCATION, EVERYTHING IN WALKING DISTANCE, NICE CONDO!

I recommend this condo that was my vacation lovely place!, This apartment has everything you could ask to be comfortable, I felt at home, is located close to everything, restaurants, shops, malls, bars, theaters, churches, the area is very safe and the security guards are good people, my holiday destination was fantastic. I hope to return to Quito next year, I will contact Rocio again for this wonderful place! The people in charge, thank you for being kind with me.

BEST QUITO LOCATION

This is a very beatiful apartment!! I had a great time! Shopping malls, parks, pub, restaurant, market, hadcraftmarket, hospital are very close in the area.. I had a wonderful time!! Good experience. people in charge very friendly.....I will be back.... Thanks Quito!!!

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

This apartment is truly a steal. My grandparents and I stayed here for 2 weeks and having this apartment made our trip so much more relaxing. It is in a great location- walking distance from the Mariscal. Rocio & Marta think of EVERYTHING. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has wifi and a computer. There is a laundry machine and it comes stocked with a great breakfast. Wonderful apartment!!!!

Perfect location, lovely apartment

My husband and I live in Ecuador and often spend time in Quito, where we prefer to stay in apartments than in hotels. We LOVED this apartment. It's clean, comfortable, in a new building with great security, and it's in a perfect location in Quito. On the edge of La Mariscal, away from the noise of the tourist section, close to the Marriott, El Jardin Mall and our favorite Parque La Carolina. And by the way, the apartment is outfitted with everything you need -- not like a typical rental but as if someone really lived there. Everything went like clockwork and we look forward to staying in this apartment again soon.

We were thrilled at the lovely apartment and at such a low price. In a wonderful neighborhood, the manager checked in to make sure everything was fine, and we obtained excellent assistance with our vacation from the owner. He made arrangements for someone to pick us up at the airport and for a private guide at a very reasonable price. I've used VRBO in Rome, Paris and London and this was the best. Twice the room as a nice hotel for half the price. I highly recommend this apartment. It was a $ 2.50 taxi ride to the old city.

One of the best apartments I have rented

The apartment has everything listed and more! It was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed for a delightful breakfast was in the fridge when we arrived late. A welcoming bowl of fruit was also on the dining room table. Everyone we met connected with this apartment was friendly and helpful beyond our expectations. The owner even helped us by email to arrange transportation whenever we wanted to go beyond Quito and when we wanted to know something about where to find places and things. If you are looking for a central location in Quito, with easy access to the historical center, and other Quito sites, this is an ideal place. Everything about this apartment and the owner, driver, and the caretaker made this a home away from home.

The best VRBO we have ever stayed at

One month in Quito went by very rapidly in this bright, clean and well located apartment, beginning with our late night arrival and prearranged transportation from the airport to the time we departed. Upon arrival we had ample food stocked in the nicely equipped kitchen with some very nice pots and pans to cook with for the first day. The Super Maxi market was just five short blocks away for nearly any sort of food and drink supplies one could ask for, as well as many little shops nearby. With Quitos amazing climate, neither heat or air conditioning is required. Our windows were always open and best of all, no bugs. This apartment was at least as good as advertised with no surprises including building security. Incidentally, the building is new, modern and very clean. We felt totally safe. A big thanks to Rocio, Martha and Patrecio for being patient with us and our very poor Spanish language skills.

Great service!

The level of “warm and fuzzy” service that the owner Rocio, housekeeper Martha and driver Patricio provided surpasses any hotel in our very long history of world-wide travel. Rocio efficiently arranged for Martha to meet us at the airport and Martha greeted us with hugs and kisses like we were family. This was on a late Sunday afternoon and Martha had to take a long bus ride to be there for us. All experienced travelers knows how infantile one feels as they emerge from a long flight and are bombarded with illiteracy, confusion and an “in your face” taxi cab hawkers. Because of their very efficient service, we escaped all the unpleasant details. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities of a modern American apartment. Best of all was the washer/dryer combo which after a week in the Galapagos, we used to the max. The apartment was so cost effective that we did not mind traveling to Banos for an overnighter. The driver, Patricio, was very cordial and drove us to Mindo and Banos. The only recommendation that I can give to Rocio is to raise the rent a bit as the low amount confuses a traveler as to the quality of the apartment and the service.

Excellent and I felt like we made three friends.

The apartment is super clean, nicely furnished, and in a great nieghborhood. Close enough to walk to Carolina park and to Foch Plaza. Owner answered all questions before and during our stay, she checked to insure that we were enjoying ourselves. Her local person was super friendly and also made sure we were enjoying our trip. Because we were staying two weeks, there was a mid-term cleaning added. We could have eaten off the floors because the place was so clean. Everything is in excellent working order. We opted for Pickup at the Airport, The Local person was at the Airport holding a sign with our name, a welcome sight after a flight. We also opted for return to Airport, a good thing we did... a major mixup at the Airport on Flights and seats. Local person (wish i could use her name) stayed with up and worked on the details. Double WOW !!!!! My wife speaks a little Spanish and I speak almost none, so she saved us. The driver was excellent, she is familar with driving in Quito traffic (where the horn is used more than the brake). We felt safe in the area and especially in the apartment building. There is a security person at the desk 24 x 7. The evelvators have a system where you have a security car that allows access to your floor and Terrace. Not sure how soon we will return to Quito, but we will be visiting friends when we return.

Lovely apartment. Nice location and very well equipped.

Rocio has been by far the most helpful and accommodating person we have rented from. She went out of her way to set tours and rides up. When I became ill she arranged for her driver to bring me to the hospital. He stayed with us as long as we needed. Both of her drivers are wonderful. You cannot find a better place.

Comfortable and convenient location

I enjoyed my stay here - it was like it showed in the pictures. And the location was great - easy to walk to lots of restaurants, parks, etc. I even found a great manicure place right around the corner. Had all the amenities needed. I really appreciate the owner worked with me on letting me stay until 9 pm since I had a red eye flight.

Our home in Quito

First of all our landlord is a professional; she was without a doubt helpful and attentive. Before the booking she wanted to help with any concerns about the city and country. She moved through the tasks of booking, to our requests for adventure to having an English speaking driver waiting at the airport for us. When we arrived at the apartment not knowing where to find provisions at first we wondered, until we entered the apartment to find a welcome package of fruits, breakfast items and most important coffee a waiting. Like I said this landlord is on point and attentive. Every few days while we were on our vacation we would receive an email asking if we needed anything what so ever to make our vacation hassle free. The bottom line is the apartment is nice, in a safe location, the landlord is great to work with and you will have fun once you determine you will stay with her.
