This brand new, fully renovated, 6 bedroom property is the newest luxury rental in St. Thomas. Perched over Tutu Bay, this spacious property includes a large pool, hot tub with incredible views, game room and large kitchen to accommodate your entire group! A large pool deck with outdoor dining and plenty of space to lounge. The highlight is a spacious, rooftop deck with pergola that gives you incredible views day or night. You will want for nothing at this property and won't want to leave!!

Palm Paradise

Beautiful views, very clean. Nice ammenities. We enjoyed our time there. A little challenging getting to the house but all in all a wonderful vacation.

Stunning house with breathtaking views.

We brought our kids, their spouses and our 5 grandkids. This huge house was perfect as each family unit had a private area of the house. Huge bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Fun game room and pool delighted the kids. Massive kitchen has plenty of seating and counter space. The views were breathtaking…like a postcard! Carrie was very helpful in connecting us with a driver and answering questions before we arrived. Concierge Pam helped with excursions, grocery delivery and restaurant suggestions. We didn’t encounter any issues and had a wonderful week.

Great get a way

We had a group of twelve that stayed at Paradise Palms. The space was enough for all of us. Pam and Carrie are great to work with. They helped us with getting a designated driver, renting our own boat for a day at St. John, and dinner reservation and everything was spot on.We even had a little issue with the house and they made it right.The only thing that was a little disappointing was the pool, it does not get any sun and it is not heated so we did not use the pool much. But that did not stop us from enjoying our time in St. Thomas. I would definitely recommend this house.

Overall very nice, kitchen and supplies excellent lots of room and lots of games to play, most bedrooms had private baths, and backdeck wonderfull to hang out, the hot tu is a little beat up and not working fully, a couple of leaks during the rain but not a problem

Spectacular views!

This villa was spacious and had everything you could want. The views were stunning. It was difficult to locate initially with many sharp, steep hidden turns. Absolutely recommend this villa.

Stunning and perfect stay!

We were blessed enough to stay at this amazing home last week for my 50th birthday celebration. It was our entire family, parents, children, spouses & grandbabies - 11 of us and we had so much space for everyone to have their own little piece of heaven. The views from this house (from every single room) were absolutely gorgeous and the house itself was equipped with everything and anything we needed plus some. Carrie was an absolute delight to work with and she made sure we were all taken care of and had all the information we needed for our entire stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful house if you visit St. Thomas - I know we will for sure be back and this will be our go-to location for our next visit!

Virgin trip to Virgin Islands

Can’t stress enough how amazingly peaceful and beautiful the views were at this property. It is isolated, so if that’s what you’re looking for (we were), this is the perfect place. More than enough room for multiple families. The entire place was inaccurate and we’ll stocked. Highly suggest renting your own vehicle, beaches and shopping are close by. Carrie was very responsive and helpful, checking in and out was a breeze. Will definitely revisit in the future.

Great house… beautiful views!

Loved our stay here! Plenty of room to spread out. Everyone loved having their own bathroom… Couldn’t have asked for a better view. Loved the waves crashing onto the rocks below. Air conditioning was awesome, kitchen was awesome, beds were so comfortable. We had a very memorable vacation here at Patadise Palms. 😍

St Thomas getaway

The property was beautiful & the view fabulous. The game room was a hit with the kids. The location was good. Short drive to wherever you want to go. Pack your mosquito repellent if you want to sit out at night.

Amazing Views

Paradise Palms was a wonderful location for us!! We liked the proximity to Red Hook & Sapphire Beach. We were able to hangout all together but also have our own space. The game room was also a hit! I would recommend staying here.

60 bday in St Thomas

As stated in other reviews, views beyond belief! House designed well for large groups with bedrooms feeling private. Road in feels as if you are driving into the jungle, but very manageable. Private Catamaran, fishing trip and private chef worth the investment! To quote my 26 yo son-in-law, house makes you feel boujee! Carrie and Meghan very responsive to guide and help out. Trip of a lifetime!

Amazing Property

This property was beautiful. We didn't want to leave. It was very clean and well kept. The views from the property are stunning. The kids in our group loved playing all the games. Highly recommend!

Incredible!

We had a great time in St. Thomas with Paradise Palms as our base. The home is absolutely spectacular with its balcony and outdoor space looking Tutu Bay. Thank you so much to Carrie for her help with the reservation, answers to many questions, smooth checkin, and just overall incredible stay. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing in every way!

The house was perfect in every way. Very clean and spacious. Bedrooms are very large and situated in a way they all have their own privacy. Meghan and Carrie are very attentive and answer back within minutes with any questions you have. Would recommend this to any large group looking for sure!

Much needed vacation!

The view from this house is absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and can hold a large crowd and still have privacy. The house is well equipped. Pretty much everything you need for a tropical vacation is there. You can't beat the location and the outdoor space is worth trip. Saying goodbye to those views was the hardest part. We would rent again.

Our Stay

A ways from everything. A few repairs needed. Thought each bedroom had its own bath, but two bedrooms upstairs have to share one small bath. Accommodated the 10 of us very well. Flexibility in host and contact for the stay was excellent. The nice thing was that each of the five couples had their own private room. Overall a great stay.

Amazing Home

This property was spectacular! The home is exactly as it looks in the pictures aside from a few minor outdoor furniture changes. The views are amazing! The home has everything you could ask for! I’m would highly recommend staying here. The roads are very hilly entering and exiting with tight switch backs, some require -a three point turn to make it. So make sure you are comfortable driving on that type of terrain. Communication with the property management was excellent!

An Amazing Getaway

My family and I were all amazed at the views and thoroughly enjoyed everything that the house and property had to offer. The pictures truly do not do this place and it's views justice. The house was very clean upon arrival and made it easy to start relaxing immediately. Between the pool, hot tub, and everything in the kitchen/throughout the rest of the house, this place has it all. Carrie and Meghan were both responsive to our family's questions and super helpful with everything - thank you for ensuring we had a great time at this wonderful home. Between the awesome house and breathtaking views, this will be a trip my family and I won't ever forget and we look forward to coming back in the future!

Everything we expected and more!

I would rate the property a 10 out of 10 with absolutely no issues. The pictures of the property are very accurate, and the property was even more impressive in person. We were a group of 11 adults (our grown-up children and their significant others). The six bedrooms are spread out perfectly throughout the house which gave a sense of roominess that was needed. The outdoor area is wonderful with multiple different levels and the pool was great for a daily cool down. The road to house is narrow and steep but definitely drivable. We bought most of our groceries from the nearby Cost U Less and ate meals out all over the island. The house was perfect for our stay, and nothing went wrong but if it had, Carrie was only a call/text away. I would definitely recommend this house to others, and I would personally stay again. Thank you for the wonderful stay at Paradise Palms!
