Venture Out Resort w/Golf Cart! Quiet and Peaceful Getaway Location!

This beautiful beach home is located at 731 Shark Dr. in the amazing Venture Out Resort. A golf cart is included for all guest to use to get to the beach, pool, and everywhere else in the Venture Out Resort (NOT street legal). In the home is a comfy living room with a sofa, recliner, a single chair sofa, and a large flat screen TV. When you're ready to eat you'll enjoy the beautiful and spacious kitchen, with all the necessities of home. It also offers one comfy bathroom, a washer & dryer, and cable TV in each bedroom.

Venture Out Resort's location is perhaps the best in Panama City Beach. It sits between the beach and bay, and right beside the best state park in all of Florida, St. Andrews State Park. The Venture Out Resort is perfect for everyone in the family!

Great property

Venture out is an amazing place to stay in PCB. Inside venture out is this cute little home that had everything we needed for our week stay. A golf cart was also provided to use to enjoy the amenities in Venture Out. Overall this home provided our basic needs, slept absolutely AMAZING in the beds and peace and quiet! I would stay here again!

Great location/Nice house

This was a great location. We love all Venture Out properties, but this one seemed to have less traffic. Very close to the bay side pool/pier. Sadly, the pier was out for repairs on our stay. Nothing but good things to say. Only a few recommendations…. Sheets on the double did not fit well and a couple of doors didn’t close well but probably could just be adjusted. Also, outside furniture did not have cushions, maybe I just did not know where to look. Overall, fantastic property with everything we needed for a great family vacation!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not a 2/2, is a 2/1 - but good little getaway overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great and the neighborhood is clean, safe and fun. Pools and beach access are great. Pool cafe so fun and featured very kind staff. MATTRESSES ARE AMAZING, but the pillows look and smell about 20 years old. Kitchen appliances are awesome, we made every meal there, but the pots and pans need upgrading (old scratched up cookware). There are no wine glasses. The golf cart is a must have and was VERY convenient and enjoyable, even though were consistently worried about the fuel level because it does not show on the vehicle and a gas gan was not provided. We did have to do a little cleaning in the kitchen area prior to use (washed all dishes before using because there were roach pills in the drawers and cabinets). The roof leaked into the living room during a rainstorm...BUT...overall, it is a super cute and well maintained property and the local neighbors are very kind. I recommend the owner/management allot enough linens and supplies ACCORDING to the amount of days being purchased. For example, our stay was 4 or 5 days, but we received ONE trash bag and ONE towel each. A couple purchasing one or two nights night would have received the same amount. Our return on investment in this vacation home was less than what we expected overall, but it is a nice property. We would stay at Venture Out again, but most likely rent another one of the houses.

Great place for a getaway!
