Needs maintenance

The house is in a good location, the layout works well for a group of eight, and the beds are comfortable. But the house is in need of routine maintenance: the batteries have been removed from the smoke detectors, the powder room bath's toilet handle broke off when flushed for the first time, the sinks in the bathrooms all drain very slowly (and need clearing), and several light bulbs have burned out. It needs some TLC before the next visitors arrive.

The home was clean and had all the items you would need. The owners were quick to answer our questions. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to book again when we come back to this area.

Worked well for our crew! Housed us all (9 total) plus pet. Definitely ideal location for accessing attractions. Hot tub was amazing! Host was accommodating and responsive.

Girlfriends Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed the front porch and screened in porch. House smells rather musty which aggravated allergies. Luggage racks or someplace to set your suitcases in the bedrooms would be helpful. Location to the quaint town of Zionsville was perfect. Was easiest check out ever. Nothing required. Thank you!

Quick fall getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. What was going to be a homefinding trip turned into a simple getaway that allowed us to hang out with family that live in the area. The home was perfect for our family if 6 and two dogs. The homeowners were extremely communicative and made our stay wonderful.

Perfect place for family

House was clean, easy to find, close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had 9 people in group, ages 75 - 2 years old and was prefect for everyone. Game room was hit with the young and older crowd. Kitchen was stocked to make family meals. Owners were quick to respond to any questions and gave great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Mom's 50th Birthday Weekend

We rented this property to celebrate my mom turning 50. We got the entire family together- 8 adults, a three year old, a one year old and TWO babies- and there was PLENTY of room. The house was very clean and very well maintained. The game room and hot tub were a HIT. Probably the nicest hot tub I have seen at a rental property. There were plenty of towels and washrags, and the soap they provided was nice. The location was perfect- very easy to find, and very close to everything we needed! And finally the hidden gem of the house is the screened-in porch. Incredibly peaceful! We will absolutely be back.

YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!

Please do not overlook this beautiful stay when vacationing in the Indianapolis area. Although the trip downtown is 20-25 minutes depending on time of day, this will be your home away from home. We chose an impromptu family girls trip of 6 ladies, ages 80-20 years of age. We were amazed at the huge open floor plan that allowed for kitchen talk and grazing around the huge island. No need to bring anything kitchen related, although, we did not find a blender for morning smoothies. Four spacious bedrooms rooms that graciously accommodated our group, front porch sitting/rocking/swinging as well as a fenced side porch to watch geese/squirrles/chipmonks in the morning. Relaxing evening in the back porch hot tub. Plenty of additional bedding, pillows/blankets, ample parking, spacious grounds with firepit. Be aware that there are no TVs in any bedrooms. This did not bother us as we spent the weekend together in the living room/kitchen and game room, playing many provided games. Those rooms do have TV. One suggestion is add additional chair/recliner/loveseat to living room to accommodate additional guests. The currently seating arraignments allow 4 people comfortably. We had one issue during our stay that caused us to be locked out of the house upon our return one evening close to midnight during 30 degree snowing weather. One quick phone call to the owners cleared the situation up within 10 minutes, they stayed on the phone through the entire process until we were all in the warm house. 4 STAR QUALITY ALL AROUND. Thank you.
