Thanks to the convenient connection, you can cross the bridge to Fort Myers in just a few minutes and explore the region's variety.

"Villa Lena" impresses with its open and modern living concept. The spacious living room opens invitingly to the terrace, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen with practical counter seating and a separate dining area leaves nothing to be desired. For restful nights, you will find three comfortable bedrooms and two and a half stylish bathrooms. A separate study/office offers a quiet retreat if needed.

With an impressive living space of approx. 2,795 square feet, "Villa Lena" offers plenty of room for the whole family or a group of friends. The west-facing orientation of the house guarantees breathtaking Florida sunsets every evening – an unforgettable spectacle! Modern amenities naturally include flat-screen smart TVs and high-speed internet.

A special highlight of "Villa Lena" is the large boat dock with a boat lift, exclusively available to our guests. Benefit from the quick sailboat access (no bridges) to the fascinating Gulf of Mexico and explore the coast on your own.

Fabulous home with great kitchen and space.

Spectacular home. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook and entertain. Pool, spa and outdoor area are top notch. Great customer service and easy to check in and out.

Spectacular House

We traveled quite a distance for our 10 year anniversary to get to this beautiful house. My wife over and over again asked why I was driving so far for vacation. Well when we arrived and walked in we were completely smitten by how spectacular this house is! She never asked me again why I drove so far during the entire stay! The house is so spacious and super clean. The pool and hot tub are outstanding with a separate temperature setting! We stayed in the pool area some nights until we saw the sunrise around 6am. You can walkride bicycles to the bars! You can also rent a golf cart to ride there since the speed limit is 25MPH on the roads. Outside TV beside the grill! We grilled about every night. We caught catfish in the canal and fishing for other game right off the boat dock. Kayaks are very nice and so easy to put in the water at high tide off the dock ladder. You can kayak to the main channel for better fishing! There's a mango tree that provided us a few during our stay! Kitchen and bar are huge and in a high ceiling open feel. Master bathroom shower is so big you can walk around like a bedroom and your spouse has their own shower head across the way. The stand-alone bath tub was one of my wife's favorite things! I loved all of the lights and settings for the inside and outside! There are sunning adjustable lounge chairs for at least 4 people beside the pool. I think our dog enjoyed it just as much as we did! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!
