The highlight of the house is its impressive 46-foot long swimming pool, complete with a shallow area for sunbathing and children to enjoy. The surrounding spacious deck and comfortable hammock offer the perfect setting for relaxation and quality outdoor time with friends and family.

The kitchen features a loft-style design and connects to a cozy TV room via a small staircase. The property was beautiful, just a few blocks away from the grocery store and restaurants and a very short drive into the heart of town. Alejandra was incredibly responsive before and during our stay, and even gave us a welcome tour upon arrival. The cleaners were fantastic and left the house spotless every day. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This property was amazing. The house was immaculate . Perfect location to all beaches Guanacaste offers. Alejandra our host was very communicative and attentive to our needs. Elena , the daily cleaning service she provided was stupendous. Overall great experience . Absorb it all because it’s truly an amazing home.

A memorable family vacation

The pictures on the site of this beautiful house don’t do the justice. The house is beautiful, to us was a wow factor, from the gate to everything else. Alejandra the owner was very attentive and kind in answering all our questions, as well as Karla, we were also very blessed to have Elena as our housekeeper … she is the best of the best!!! Can’t wait to visit again, we all have a great time

Casa Malibu is an amazing home with excellent proximity to Tamarindo’s beaches and restaurants. Alejandra was an excellent resource and responsive to all our questions. The house was very clean, and the daily cleaning/pool staff kept it that way. The gated community is secure, and the pictures don’t do the property justice…it’s everything and more! Excellent access to the grocery store at the entrance, albeit the prices are a bit high and others in the area were just as useful. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to return!

Bohemian Retreat

It was such a lovely place to stay! The villa was gorgeous, there was so much space to hang out and relax. With floor to ceiling windows that retracted it became completely indoor outdoor which was crucial. The weather was very iffy so it was a lifesaver that we could feel outside but be shielded from the weather. The room layout was perfect how everyone had their own space. I wouldn’t recommend an adult staying in the twin room - it’s really small! But the other rooms were huge and extremely spacious. We loved waking up from bird song and laying in the hammock. We felt really safe in the gated neighborhood and gated home - although the city feels extremely safe to begin with! Great experience

Outstanding Property in Quiet Area

This property is stunning with great views of the country side. Great location on a hill in a gated community with tons of other remarkable properties. Short golf cart ride to busy Tamarindo and back to peace and tranquility once you have had your fill of the city and beach. The infinity pool is remarkable and was used at all times of day and evening. Alejandra is extremely accommodating and professional and gave us excellent references for transfers, rentals (golf carts), and excursions. We took our semi-adult children and my parents and the trip was a huge success. A few blocks from the supermarket which was a huge plus for us to stock up for snacks, breakfasts, meals, etc…the daily housekeeper provided excellent service in keeping everything nice and tidy. You will not be disappointed with this property. Stunning construction, fabulous decor…all you could possibly ask for!!! I would stay again!

Could spend all week here! Great for families

Amazing house in a secure neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The favorite feature was the pool, where we spent several hours a day relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and we made several home-cooked meals that we enjoyed on the gigantic dining table outside/inside. The house is made to feel like you're in a house, but also in nature. The main causeways are inside/outside, so you get a sense of fresh air and enjoy the warm nights. The house is a very short drive to Tamarindo proper and although it's possible to walk to the beach or town, it's a bit of a trek along a busy road. As a bonus, there's a mall at the complex entrance that has a great grocery store and a restaurant (Chop House) that served some really good empanadas. Those conveniences make it really easy to do food supply runs and get back to the pool. The daily cleaning team was quiet and efficient, and kept everything sparkling. Thank you, hope to visit again!

Tamarindo Magic

We embarked to the beautiful town of Tamarindo, Costa Rica with the family (7 of us) for a week and had the pleasure of staying at one of the most beautiful homes ever seen. It’s nestled in the hills of a gated community in very close approximation to the beach and town (3 min drive). The entire property was meticulously maintained and immaculately decorated with lots of open outdoor living space and four bedrooms/baths that were climate controlled and very comfortable to inhabit. The kitchen was very spacey with an open modern design that allowed it to be easier accessible and flow easily with outdoor living area. There was a super market at the entrance to the gated neighborhood that made shopping very easy and the security guards became familiar with our faces quickly and stay making getting in and out of the neighborhood painless. Our host was very responsive to all questions, and was incredibly kind, compassionate, and accommodating. We had an absolutely lovely time during our stay, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about our host, the property, or our time in country. Until next time…
