The Kingfisher - Choose this 3 bedroom / 2 bath home for a relaxing getaway that is less than 15 minute drive to All Star Village. Enjoy relaxing or dining on the spacious open rear deck and watch the wild birds circling over the nearby wetlands. This home is located away from the road on a compound with 4 other separate buildings. It is a ranch-style home, with 5 or 6 steps up into the entrance.

This family-friendly home has an open flow between the kitchen to an open living room that flows through glass doors to the open rear deck. The kitchen has built-in stainless steel appliances. There is a desk area between the kitchen and the adjacent dining room.

The dining room flows to another living room. The 3 bedrooms are adjacent to the 2nd living room. The primary bedroom has a 4-poster queen bed and a bath en suite w/ a shower. A bath with a shower and a tub are off the hallway, near the remaining two bedrooms.

Off-street parking is available.

The stay was excellent, location is ideal for baseball tournament.

The property is amazing. Very quiet and conveniently located. Owners are very friendly and willing to address any questions or concerns that may arise. I would recommend this property if you plan a trip to baseball tournament or visiting the country side.

Highly Recommend – Great Hosts & Location Close to ASV

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, very spacious, and better than expected. It’s also very close to All Star Village, which was super convenient. The hosts were amazing—very friendly and incredibly quick to respond to any questions. Everything was perfectly prepared for a comfortable visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had an excellent stay during our son’s baseball tournament at Cooperstown All-Star Village. The house was clean, stocked, and comfortable. It was affordable and had everything we needed for a great stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It was a close drive to the Hall of Fame, the All Star Village (which we needed to get to each day), and to many stores and Starbucks. Thank you for the great stay, we were completely satisfied.

Great place to stay

I can’t say enough good stuff about this property. The house was super clean and very comfortable. We stayed the week for my son’s baseball tournament at Dreamspark and it’s only about a 15 minute drive to get there. The area is beautiful.. The owners messaged me to say hello and told me if I needed anything I could call her. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect stay

We had a great stay. Very comfortable set up, spacious rooms, fantastic blueprint so people can have their space. Loved that all soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets were included. Shopping is about 10-15 minutes away, and Dreams Park is about 15-20 away. Thank you for a place to call home for the week

Best choice for Cooperstown Tournament

First and foremost, the owner of this place is AWESOME. They are very hands on. They respond quickly and handle the situation immediately. Very friendly!!! The KINGFISHER has everything you need. You do not need to bring extra or go get any extra. From washing/dish detergent, toiletries, cooking oil, seasonings, etc. Very clean. Well kept. VERY QUITE. PEACEFUL. You will not be disappointed. I am very pleased of my choice of while staying in Cooperstown, NY.

Beautiful home!

We stayed at Kingfisher for a week during the summer and the house was amazing. It was very clean, had everything we needed, stayed cool during the hot days, and was very comfortable. The host was very welcoming, accommodating and responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend this charmer and would definitely stay again.

Great house with private ambient

Honestly, my family and friends were surprised with this great house. Nothing negative to say except for 2 suggestions... 1- Main driveway/entrance should have more lighting for guidance and security. 2- After you park your car, there should have a paved way to ensure easy access to entrance.
