Welcome to this cozy and comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at Los Corales Village, a peaceful, tree-lined complex just 150 meters from the beach. If you are looking for a relaxed, authentic beach experience away from the big resort crowds, this is your place.
THE APARTMENT
This well-appointed apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Smart TV, free high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, and a private terrace perfect for your morning coffee or evening wind-down. Bed linens and towels are included.
THE BEACH
Los Corales beach is a 2-minute walk from your front door. It is one of the most beautiful and well-kept beaches in Bávaro, calm, clean, and far less crowded than the resort beaches nearby. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests.
THE COMMUNITY
Los Corales Village is a quiet, well-maintained complex surrounded by lush tropical greenery, with a community pool, free parking, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a true escape. The neighborhood around the complex has everything you need within easy walking distance: supermarkets, fruit stands, bakeries, a pharmacy, an exchange office, ATMs, bars, restaurants, and a tour office where you can book local excursions and activities.
A NOTE ON SARGASSUM (JUNE TO AUGUST)
Like all beaches on this coastline, Los Corales can experience seasonal Sargassum seaweed between June and August. The amount varies day to day and is entirely natural. The beach staff works daily to maintain the shoreline. If conditions are less than ideal during your stay, we are happy to point you to nearby beaches protected by natural rock formations where the water stays crystal clear year-round. Just ask, and I will gladly help!

Comfortable and clean
We had a very comfortable 5-day stay. Property as described. Bed /bedding very comfortable and a/c unit cooled the bedroom very well. Beach and several good restaurants are a short walk away. The unit faces the main street, which is busy and often noisy, but fun to “people watch”. Pool was nice and clean but pool furniture needs attention (not the responsibility of the host). Overall very good experience. Probably deserves a “4.5” rating, but unable to give partial stars.
