Welcome to Aracarí Residences! Unit 11 is a beautiful and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of one of the most sought-after complexes in Noord, Aruba. Perfect for up to four guests, this unit is fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable and relaxing stay.

The apartment features a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

Aracarí is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Aruba’s most iconic beaches, Fisherman’s Hut, Malmok, Boca Catalina, and Arashi—as well as the high-rise hotels, top restaurants, and the lively Palm Beach area. For added flexibility and convenience, we recommend renting a car to explore the island with ease.

The complex offers a range of excellent shared amenities, including a stylish open-air lobby, a swimming pool on the ground floor, and a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the island. The rooftop also features a fully equipped gym and barbecue areas, making it the perfect space for sunset workouts or evening dining under the stars. The rooftop is accessible via elevator to the third floor and stairs to the fourth.

For beach days, we provide everything you need, including colorful beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler.

Everything with the condo and property was exactly as described. I am familiar with the area and it is a great location and a well equipped property. Communication at check in with the property manager was great. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Lovely Condo

Loved the condo, new and very clean, management was very accommodating, there is construction right next door that started early but once that is complete, all should be good, loved the Pool and the BBQ on the rooftop. Beds were very comfortable.

The host wasn't very nice. They didnt like it that we required sheets and cover for the pull out sofa. My youngest daughter slept with no linens first night. They only gave us one key for the door and the door had keyed entry on both sides. So when me and my wife went out we had to lock our kids in room and they had no way to get out in the event of a fire. Seems unsafe to me. Shouldn't need a key to get out. I spoke with local Aruba fire department and its not a safety violation on the Island but it is against their suggested guidance. The place was clean and well equipped. Good value for money. Rather spend a little more and get closer to the hotel strip next time.

Hello Chris, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to respectfully clarify a few points for future readers. The unit does not include a sofa bed, and this is clearly stated in the listing and amenities. It is not a feature we advertise or offer. That said, when you requested linens, we still provided bed sheets as quickly as possible to assist, despite this not being part of the accommodation and receiving threatening comments and a very rude attitude. At no point did we refuse to help. Thank you for sharing your insight about the key, we will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements.

Excellent stay!

Everything was great! The condo was brand new and very clean. Everything was as advertised. The building was secure, and the residents were friendly. We enjoyed having access to BBQs on the rooftop, where the view was beautiful in the evenings. The location was well-situated for exploring Aruba. We had a rental car, but also walked to nearby Palm Beach. We enjoyed a lovely evening at the Oak Restaurant, which was just across the parking lot.

One happy week!

This condo was just the right size for the two of us, but might be a bit tight if adding children or another adult. There were starter supplies of paper towel, dishwasher tabs & detergent, toilet paper and laundry soap, but no kleenex. Nice Aruba Aloe products in the bath and kitchen. There were beach towels and 2 sets of bath towels; a little cooler for the beach and 2 chairs, but they were camp chair style and not low beach chairs. There is a designated parking spot for the unit and a coded entrance to the building; stairs as well as an elevator and a nice sized balcony. The rooftop area is less windy and a great spot to bbq your dinner and watch the sunset. The condo was quiet and the neighbours friendly. We definitely would recommend it to others.
