NEW: Large 1-bedroom in IT Park

We are sharing our spacious 1-bedroom, fully furnished condo in Avida Riala. It is always nice when the dining table is outside the bedroom, don’t you think?

Also, enjoy convenience when you live right in IT Park! This means you are surrounded with good dining places, BPO offices, the Ayala mall, Sugbo Mercado and so much more!

After shopping and dining, you can also relax at the pool or lounge at the garden.
The space
Everything in the unit is for guests’ use. It is equipped with utensils, an induction stove, microwave, pots and pans, plates, etc.

We also have a washer / dryer.
Guest access
The entire unit is for the guest.
Other things to note
COVID-19 REQUIREMENT. Vaccination cards for all guests are needed. If you don’t have, a medical certificate or brgy certificate will do.

TROPICAL LIFE. We are in a tropical country. Sometimes, ants and mosquitoes are present. If they are prolific, please let us know so we can help you take care of them.

INTERNET. We have internet in the unit but if, in rare cases, the service provider experiences some problem, pls let us know so we can send a temporary modem and coordinate with service provider too.

MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of water and energy consumption going sky high (of course this depends on you). Thus, guests who want to stay for 25 days or more shall take care of half of electricity costs with a deposit.

Extra towels for a minimal fee.

EARLY CHECK IN. If there are no guests before you, this is no problem. Otherwise, you’d have to go in at regular in time of 3pm. There is also a minimal hourly fee for early in.

POOL. Due to recent typhoon Odette, pool is still closed until damage is repaired.
