Overall our stay was great! It was in a great location in the middle of all of our planned activities with lots near by! Having stayed in a lot of Air BnBs as we travel a ALOT, there are a few things I would recommend such as: - Updating the pots and pans, as well as adding a little more to the dishes collection such as large bowls for food mixing, serving. - Leaving more than 1 trash bag for a family of 7 staying for 5 days- Investing in a broom to sweep off the back deck as it was covered in debris -Also investing in a few more towelsBesides these few little things, I HIGHLY recommend this location for your next Kentucky stay :)
I stayed with my two adult daughters and three grandchildren (ages 8, 6, 2) and it was perfect for our needs. There was lots of room for the kids to run around (both inside and in the fenced backyard). We travel to Etown pretty frequently and will certainly stay here again.
Brooke was a great host. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was exceptional for the Elizabethtown sports park, only 5 minutes away. The house is only 15 minutes from any other location around the town. I would strongly recommend this home for your stay.
We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The house was very clean. Brooke was super easy to deal with. It was nice and roomy and everyone had their own space.
I was nervous at first looking at the outside but this place was clean, and the space was perfect for 3 moms and daughters to share! The bed I used was comfortable with quality sheets. I cant comment on cookware or appliances bc we didnt use them. Really love the convenience of how close it was to the sporys complex! We will for sure stay again!
Four of us were in town for a conference. This house was perfect and way better than staying at a hotel. The house itself was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice (perfect for a morning or evening walk). We would definitely stay here again.
House was ok. Had a very musty smell upon entering. Took two days to get rid of it (we think it should have been aired out before our stay). Kitchen had only very basic items (coffee but no filters). Several ants in the house and master bedroom tv did not work. Neighborhood was âinterestingâ. But the house was an ok stay for our Derby adventure!
We were in town for the Bandit 80 at the Elizabethtown Sports Complex and had the best time there. The place was clean and spacious, but the best part was that it was five minutes from the complex.
