The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking and a convenient elevator to easily unpack all your vacation goodies. A fantastic screened summer kitchen will delight you with a sink, refrigerator, gas grill, and picnic table. Enjoy alfresco dining under the home or a cold beverage at the bar with seating for four. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water will greet you after a day of fun in the sun and a fish cleaning area is provided for your fresh Florida catch.

The soothing and open floor plan of the common area allows everyone to gather together with Gulf views and plenty of space to relax. The well-appointed kitchen features a large breakfast island with seating for guests. The dining area seats everyone for coastal meals, card games, and puzzles. The living room boasts a TV for evening entertainment and comfy sofas. An additional sitting area with two sofas and a club chair ensures everyone has a place to unwind with beautiful Gulf views. Exit the living areas to a covered, screened porch with an alfresco dining table, or soak in the coastal breeze on the outdoor sofa. Exit the screened area to two sundecks with additional seating and views of the Gulf.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
