Going on Vacation?! You and the family will love staying at the Bungalow, only 5 minutes from Navarre Beach!! It is a newly renovated 1,053 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a lovely backyard patio setting, TVs in every room and best of all, it's in the heart of Navarre so close to the beach! This family-friendly Airbnb can accommodate infants, adults, and your furry friend. Enjoy water sports out in the gulf, a pontoon on Crab Island, and more. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
This gorgeously remodeled and furnished home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms has more to offer than meets the eye. The living room has been opened up for you to enjoy a more expansive kitchen and living room design. The entire kitchen has been redesigned with a beautiful backsplash, classic grey shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar! Bathrooms have been completely gutted and the entire house has modern gold fixtures and accents. The main hallway is where all three bedrooms are located, all on one side of the house. You'll feel right at home here!

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. The STR has a Yale keypad lock. Just press the black screen above the doorknob and the numbers will appear. Enter the code to unlock the door. When leaving, tap the lock icon to secure the door.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in Holley-Navarre subdivision in a quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic. Navarre is a safe, military-friendly city with 13 total military bases within an hour drive. Perfect for the family. You'll feel right at home.

Getting Around:
Local roads do not have bike lanes and public transportation is non-existent. You're best bet is using Uber or Lyft if you don't have a POV.

Other Things to Note:
The 2-lane driveway can accomodate 6 compact cars or 4 sedans and also your medium sized RV or Boat with trailer.

(Pets)
We happily welcome all furry friends of all shapes and sizes, but limit them up to 4 total! Breed immaterial. The cost is $75 for up to 2 pets and $150 for up to 4 pets. This is a one-time fee that covers your pet(s) for the entire stay. All pets must be up to date on shots, house trained and non-threatening. We ask that you crate your pet(s) when left unattended. The pet fee is for a basic pet clean. If there is additional cleaning required, for ie pet waste inside, excessive hair on furniture and etc, it will be billed to the guest.

Interaction with Guests:
I typically do not interact with guests outside of the booking app, but I live in the immediate area if I am needed. We have 24-hour coverage through your booking app or email. In the event of an emergency, please call or text (850) 737-8830.
