Walk up a half flight of stairs to the recently refurbished main bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the second with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk bed.

But for those who want to remain outdoors, enjoy the propane fire pit on the main deck, fishing off the dock or a quick swim in the refreshing waters of Cayuga lake.

In addition to lakeside activities for adults and children alike, this lovely waterfront home offers year-round enjoyment. Cork's Landing is within walking distance of Wolffy's Grill and Marina, where diners can enjoy summertime music and food, as well as Cayuga State Park, a 141-acre state park with its expansive view of Cayuga Lake, both shallow and deeper water fishing, a boat launch, playground, and picnic pavilions.

Wine lovers can take their pick from the dozens of nearby wineries along both Cayuga's west side and Seneca Lake's east side
