App. MöwennestLage: Cet appartement de 2 pièces est situ�� au milieu de Westerland au 1er Étage d'une maison directement sur la route de la plage, une zone piétonne. Depuis le salon, vous avez une vue dégagée sur la Strandstrasse et la Neue Strasse. Il y a une place de parking derrière la maison, qui peut être louée moyennant un supplément. L'accès se fait par la Strandstrasse (avec un permis spécial) depuis la Maybachstrasse (entre l'hôtel Stadt Hamburg et la Sparkasse). Pour quitter la propriété, suivez la route de la plage en direction de la plage jusqu'à Commerzbank, puis à droite dans Bohmhoffstrasse. Taille: env. 60 m². Pour jusqu'à 4 personnes (2-3 adultes et 1-2 enfants) Équipement: L'appartement moderne et partiellement meublé dans des couleurs vives a un sol design. Dans le couloir est une kitchenette entièrement équipée, u. a. avec lave-vaisselle, four et micro-ondes. Dans le salon se trouvent le canapé avec 2 fauteuils et le coin repas. La chambre a un lit double (180 x 200). Cette chambre mène à une "pièce de passage", dans laquelle se trouvent deux lits simples (90 x 200). Ceux-ci conviennent le mieux à un enfant chacun. De cette pièce, il continue dans la salle de douche. Les toilettes sont situées séparément et sont accessibles depuis la salle de douche et le couloir. Dans le salon, il y a un système stéréo CD et une télévision, un deuxième téléviseur est dans la chambre. L'accès Internet (WiFi) est offert gratuitement. Les animaux sont admis. Veuillez noter les règlements pour la taxe de séjour séparée de la municipalité respective sur Sylt. Ce montant sera factur�� séparément et devra être réglé au plus tard à l'arrivée.
