After days spent lounging in the sand and splashing in the ocean waters, return home to enjoy more time outdoors in your large backyard. The fenced outdoor space features plenty of room for kids to run around and play, while a furnished deck invites you to unwind with morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Adorned with coastal-inspired decor, the home boasts a cozy living room where you can nestle up with a good book or tune into favorite shows on the smart TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals and a dining table. A private washer/dryer adds convenience throughout your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Home for a Getaway

The house was very clean and the decor was charming. It is a much larger space than they look in the pictures and the backyard was VERY large. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Safety concerns

I will say that communication with property management was very fast and efficient, however, the home had gnats and other bugs. That I could have overlooked for Florida in springtime but the location and neighborhood were not ok. Aside from hearing the street racing on the adjacent busy road all night, I had two events that really made me feel unsafe. At one point a man pulled into the driveway and was taking pictures of the home and my vehicle, and the other two individuals in a truck pulled into the driveway at night and sat there with their headlights on. They only left when I opened the front door to ask what they were doing there. Both instances were reported to property management.

Good stay but the home and fixtures needs some TLC

The location was convenient for visiting the local university and the beaches. The home was clean but fixtures, appliances, and some furniture need upgrading and/or repairing. Overall it was a good place for my family to spread out and enjoy our stay in Melbourne.

Roach Hotel

Will never ever use Vrbo again or stay at one of Vacasa Property ever again. The house was dirty and had roaches. It was really disgusting, shower head was broke and hanging on with tape, washer had black grime all in the tub. Furniture was dirty and stained. Floors needed to be cleaned. Light switches had grime on them.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very well-appointed house. It's spacious; master suite very nice with sliding glass to the lovely backyard. Kitchen was fully furnished; bathrooms had hotel quality towels. Attention to detail in the furnishings and decor was clear and appreciated. My husband loved the big balcony off the top bedroom. It had table and chairs, big umbrella, great place to relax and feel the breeze. The backyard is big, suited for family to group around the fire pit in, maybe, January. There's even a hammock, but the one disappointment for me is that one cannot close the front and back fences/gates to keep an animal in. My mini-Dachshund loved the yard tho' on her leash. It's quite a drive from north central Florida, but we found it worth it and would seriously consider coming back to this property.

Quirky cottage very close to US 1

We had issues with a few things like window treatments and lights in the Kitchen. Reported these as soon as we arrived but received no response even though we call Service Line back two more times. The window treatments are very worn and don’t block out much light and noise from the major highway two lots over. If I could have spoken to the property manager I recommend putting inexpensive blackout curtains in the two bedrooms. No sleeping in at the place. We had a great time at the Grant Seafood Festival this location was great for that and visiting the Beaches without spending a beach price.
