The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook your favorite dishes and has a built-in laundry room for added convenience. The property has stairs inside.

The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and relax withpool a good read, while enjoying the grill. In addition, we offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected with loved ones or work during your stay.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
