Located next to the iconic Utah Olympic Park and just a short walk from Redstone and Newpark, you'll have easy access to shops, groceries, and delicious dining options. With a free shuttle nearby, exploring Park City and Deer Valley is a breeze, making it an ideal vacation spot year-round!
This single-family home offers multiple levels, and 2,600 square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to sleep up to seven guests.
You'll enter the home through the lower-level door located just left of the garage. You'll go up a flight of stairs to the main level great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This room offers inviting furnishings, a warm gas fireplace, a 65” TCL Roku Smart TV and a convenient desk area. You'll find that this room has gorgeous new hardwood floors.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including double ovens (one is convection) and a five-burner gas stovetop. The center island offers seating for four and additional space for meal prep or entertaining.
Dining Area: Seating for up to six guests
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master suite (upper level) — King size bed, 50” TCL Roku Smart TV, the private bathroom features double sinks, a soothing jetted tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (upper level) — Twin bed and a desk (perfect if you want a quieter workspace)
Bedroom 4 (lower level) — King size bed, 50” TCL Roku TV and a private bath with a shower
