Located in Fraccionamiento Real del Puente, just 5 minutes from downtown. In our property you can enjoy:
-4 spacious bedrooms
-4 complete bathrooms
-Fully equipped kitchen to prepare all your food and Dolce Gusto coffee machine
-Dining room and living room
-High-speed Wi-Fi and workspace
-Smart TV in the main room and palapa area
-Canteen with board games
-Air-conditioning
-Private security in the subdivision
Outdoor:
-Private pool with solar panels and private Jacuzzi
-Bbq grill
-Garden
-Basketball court, front tennis court and soccer goal
-Children's play area
The house is fully equipped for families and small children. House cleaning service is included during your reservation, as well as cleaning of the pool.
Cooking and kitchen cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee

Safe, quiet and familiar subdivision. There is a mini super store 200 meters away so you can buy everything you need, and 9 km away there is a large supermarket and Oxxo. Just 5 minutes by car you will reach the downtown.

We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. We will meet you at the entrance of the property to give you the keys and welcome you.
