À propos de cet hébergement

Ceci est un condo très spacieux avec un balcon de 25 pieds avec une vue obstruée sur le golfe. Le salon est très spacieux. Le complexe vous fait penser à la plage de Old. Il a une petite sensation de quartier. Il y a des maisons à l'est et à l'ouest, donc notre vue sur la plage a été réduite par les maisons. Ce n'est pas comme les tours d'habitation. Est très calme et dispose d'un espace gazonné pour que les enfants puissent lancer des frisbees ou des ballons de football pendant que vous regardez tranquillement depuis le balcon. Il y a une belle promenade jusqu'à la plage à l'extrémité ouest du complexe Il n'y a que 33 unités, donc pas d'attente longue pour l'ascenseur et la piscine et la plage ne sont pas bondées. Il est très bien situé et vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à Adventure Island pour faire du putt putt et des voiturettes, ou marcher jusqu'à Souvenier City. Le restaurant de fruits de mer Bubbas est juste en face.

Great!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We did bring our own paper towels and trash bags based on past reviews. The owner was great and communicated everything we needed to know. The elevator is a huge plus to get luggage to the second floor. Parking is covered under the building. The pool was never crowded and we walked to the beach easily. The location is great because it’s close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Pizza Hut delivered to our door. We stayed for a cheer competition held at the wharf amphitheater and it was easy to access.

Great beach stay!

We really enjoyed the condo! The owner was kind and made sure we had a smooth check -in. Location was great with a very short walk to the beach. Condo was a good size for our family. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we all agreed it was wonderful!

Family getaway

Our first time visiting orange beach and we loved this location. Easy access to the beach but a small condo community so you didn’t seem to be on top of people. Owner communicated with us well. Will come back!!

Happy to return

We have stayed at this condo for the past two years, and could not be happier! Pat is amazing to work with. The condo is very spacious, clean, and well stocked. It is very easy to get to the beach, and the condo itself has an amazing view! It’s always very quiet, and conveniently located right next to the elevator! We hope to return again next year!

Older but good

An older condo with a really good partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Couldn't have been happier.

Fantastic Condo

This place was awesome! Our balcony had a somewhat obstructed view of the beach, but we were able to see well enough to enjoy every morning and evening watching the ocean. The beach access is perfect, just a very small walk and you’re right there! It was close to tons of restaurants, and pretty much perfect. The only thing that we weren’t prepared for was the lack of toilet paper in the restrooms and paper towels in the kitchen. It was not stocked with extras of those things. But we realized it before our first run the Walmart and just got our own. Other than that, this place was amazing!!!

Great Stay,,Great Renter

My mother-in-law treated the family to a vacation. I found this condo and it turned out to be a great choice. We were all pleased. The pictures are very accurate, The condo was very clean and well maintained. The location is great just a few steps to the beach and there's a Walmart store and restaurants within 2 min, Very convenient!!! Pat the owner was great to work with. We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect for us!!

We absolutely loved the condo & can't wait to stay again!! Communication was great, condo was clean & had everything we needed!! I did bring toilet paper, paper towels, trashbags, dawn, and dishwasher pods after reading reviews. We did need them, but not until day 3. Perfect walk to the beach. Stores were super close, not walking distance close. Hard to find the driveway, needs a bigger sign or something, but once you find it, its easy. Parking was tight and our parking "neighbor" wasn't very nice... But other than that, it was a great vacation!! Hope to stay again next year!!! Or maybe even again this year 😁

It was all great!

First of all we loved the location- one row of houses between us & the water. Our parking space was right next to the elevator so that was great for my handicapped sister! There is a nice new boardwalk about a block away for access to the beach. Food & shopping across the street, with Walmart 5 minutes away! The condo itself was great for the 6 of us, plenty of room & bath towels! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Oh, yes, & there are beach chairs & umbrellas for rent at the beach for $40 a day, which is a lower price than most!

Love the location!

Love the location and condo! Our only complaint, if you can call it that, is that there is only enough seating in the living room for 5 people which was an issue for us since we are a family of 6. Also, a heads up: you are not provided with a starter pack of paper towels, trash bags, or dishwasher soap, which was a 1st for us. Not a big deal, just annoying bc it was unexpected when we went to run the dishwasher. Overall, loved our stay!

Best Family Friendly Beach Location

This was my first time to book with vrbo and the experience was great. Property is not one of the new high rises that are mega priced. Instead it is located in an older 3 story building with an elevator and luggage carts for convenience. Comes with 2 assigned, covered parking spaces. This property is super clean and well stocked. The kitchen contained everything you need if you choose to cook, including up to date appliances and counter top appliances. The washer and dryer were also great to have. This property owner has done an exceptional job of anticipating anything that would make your stay more pleasant, including a huge dvd library and family games. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

I picked this condo because I had stayed in this same building (different unit) 6 years ago and was very happy with the location. There is an obstructed view of the beach/water, you can still see the beach/water and listen to the waves from the deck, which is my happy place! The walk to the sand is quick, short and easy, which was another factor in my choice. Working with Pat was great, he was willing to take my calls and answered my questions before and during our stay. Upon check-in we had a parking issue where another person was taking up our parking spots as well as their own. But a quick call to Pat and he told us how to resolve the issue. Pat even called me back later to follow up just to be sure the issue had been resolved. The only negative that I would have is the need for a deep clean. Everything was clean, no complaints with the beds/bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. But you can just see some things that are not used often that are in need of dusting/wipe down. There were no trash bags either. I do not expect the condo owner to provide enough toilet tissue, paper towels, napkins for me and my family for an entire week, but I did expect there to be trash bags. We had to buy trash bags to have for the week. I really only mention the cleaning/dusting and trash bags in case this an expectation not being met by the condo owners cleaning company. We had a great time!

Nice balcony. Little bit of a partial view. Great water pressure.

Nice balcony with a little bit of a partial view through the homes across the way. Spacious living / dining area. We threw sheets over the couches. The best improvement for this place would be new or even good condition used couches that are fully steam cleaned regularly. Great water pressure and plenty of hot with a detachable shower head. You definitely don’t get those things everywhere. Kitchen was much more well stocked than most. Our kids complained that people were walking past their window in the evening. But that’s just how access to certain rooms are setup so be aware. I closed up the curtains and placed a clip in the middle to keep them closed at all times. That seemed to help. Overall the area seemed very safe. The only real noise was occasionally from the pool as you might expect. We cooked steaks one night at the common grilling area. The private beach was amazing. So much more space then surrounding areas. There was a beach chair service but they did not even come close to taking over all the good spots as I’ve seen these companies do elsewhere. That made me happy. We had a really good time there.

Best condo ever

This condo was amazing! I can’t even think of a bad thing to say about it! It was HUGE! We would stay here again and I have never been able to say that about a condo in gulf shores or orange beach! The owner was great!

You will love this quiet complex. With only 33 units there is not a long wait for the elevator and usually not crowded at the pool or beach. The gazebo is a perfect gathering place for barbeques or roasting marshmallows.
