Walk to Olde` Town Arvada for The Perfect Colorado Getaway!

WELCOME!
We offer a large fenced backyard with relaxing seating, a BBQ grill, fire pit and Grass to play in with your kids. This COZY tri-level home has large and bright picture windows (offer a sheer window covering to allow for natural light but still maintain privacy and room darkening covering for the evening) a large TV (cable, wifi both available during your stay) and comfortable seating with plenty of cozy blankets. The FULL sized kitchen is on the same level and provides dishes and everything you would need to cook the perfect family meal.
Up the short flight of Stairs is both bedrooms and FULL size bathroom. After a long day of exploring Soak and relax in the Bathtub and enjoy your favorite show before falling asleep on the plush pillow top King sized mattress. The second bedroom offers another very comfortable pillow top Queen size on top of a wood bed frame. Each room has plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Down the stairs from the kitchen we offer a laundry room with a rolling linen cart along with full size washer and dryer and a pack n play.


Location is key in this beautiful state. This cozy Home sits in the heart of Arvada, CO. With in walking distance to Olde' Town Arvada and the Memorial Park and Johnny Roberts Disc Golf Course. If you enjoy a morning walk/run the Ralston creek trail is an excellent option.

Short overnight stay

We were very tired from a long drive and it was awesome to arrive at a clean quiet place to rest.my granddaughter was impressed with how nicely decorated the house was.

We had a great stay at this property and it fit all our needs and most importantly the location. Very clean with lots of good little perks by the owner. Will definitely return doen the road.

Great stay!

This house is very nice—quiet area and very clean. It had everything we needed—paper towels, dishes, nice hot shower. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet both Friday and Saturday nights were. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan.

Very comfy place

The neighborhood is a little sketchy when you first drive up, but its actually quiet and nice. Bobby and Samantha were great. The yard was great for our dogs. Very nice stay, thank you.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We were in town for a training with my dog. Staying here was so much nicer than a hotel. We could all relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

The duplex was in nice condition and everything worked well. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The neighborhood seems to be short on parking, as there were many cars parked on the street. We did go for a few short walks in the area.

Hidden Beauty Outside Of Downtown Denver

Wow! If you’re looking for the perfect place right down the road from downtown Denver, this is the vacation home for you! From the adorable decor and comfortable beds to the big backyard and stocked cookware, this truly felt like a home away from home! One of the best parts is that the home is conveniently located to many grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty of boutique shops. The owner, Samantha, went above and beyond to make sure our family was happy and comfortable during our stay! With the hectic atmosphere of Denver, this home was the perfect place to get away.

Convenient location

Home is has everything you need for a stay. Direct neighbor made us feel a bit nervous with the state of their yard and numerous vehicles as to the safety of the area but all in all it was quiet for our stay. We arrived around 8 pm after traveling all day and rented it for the provided fenced rear yard for the pups to run around upon arrival before we slept for the night but could not utilize it due to running sprinklers excessively watering the yard creating a super wet unusable sopping yard for the dogs (and there was a large live snake to the left of the stairs out the back door when we first opened the door to check laying in a puddle -unknown kind but didn’t want to take a chance.). So the primary reason for us renting the Vrbo we unfortunately did not get to utilize and really needed to as we were traveling cross country to get to the east coast. We ended up walking the dogs on leashes after our long drive and the next morning. Home only has one bathroom and it is extremely tiny. But location is close to frwy, good eat spots and shopping. Beds are comfortable and communication with host was always prompt.

Birthday weekend

The half of the duplex was very nicely put together, bed was very comfortable. Only issue was the curtains didn't really close all the way, it felt like people could see in if they chose to. Otherwise it was beautiful and the owners are very nice and considerate.

Centrally Located amongst the foothills. Just a quick drive to I 70 the mountain corridor for skiing and snowboarding, as well as a quick 15 min to downtown Denver. Olde town arvada is another great historic option for a quaint experience.
