Fabulous Seaside Paradise, Sleeps 18 Walk to the Beach!

Enjoy a grand back patio with Fabulous Ocean Views at front alongside a pool for your leisure. Tastefully Furnished Private Estate Home with Breathtaking Views of the Ocean! Snorkel/swim in the ocean and visit one of the beautiful, colorful Coral Reefs or Dive/fish for Snappers and Lobsters! The outdoor area has a beautiful gazebo with pool Adirondack chairs to enjoy the pool.

There are Seven bedrooms and FIVE and a half bathrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed, connecting bathroom and Ocean Views. The second bedroom has a King Size bed and views of the pool and gazebo. The third bedroom has two full size beds and two twin beds (two sets of bunk beds) with views of the ocean. Seventh bedroom has a king size bed too. Most bedrooms have 55 inch TV's. There is High Speed Internet included, just bring along a laptop. Beautiful Living, Dining room and Kitchen, all with views of the pool outback. Relax and Unwind as you sit on our Lounge Chairs and feel ocean breeze! You'll love our Seaside Villa and Swimming Pool with Gazebo!

Fabulous Seaside Paradise is approximately a 15 minute drive to Atlantis, Paradise Island where there are many activities and ways to spend your leisure time.

There are numerous restaurants to choose from such as Carmine’s, Bimini Road, Cafe Martinique, the Market Place, Seafire, Ben & Jerry's ice-cream and Starbucks, at the Marina Village at Atlantis Resort.

There is the One and Only Ocean Club and Atlantis with great golf courses, snorkeling, boating, Dolphin Encounters, Para-sailing and the Bo-Hengy boat which can take visitors to a nearby island called Harbor Island to see the gorgeous pink sand beaches.

Bay Street, the Town Center is an 18 minute drive from the Villas. There you will find a Straw Market, Rum Cake Factory, Senior Frogs Bar and Restaurant, The Governors House, Luciano's Restaurant, just to name a few things.

On the other hand, both our Ocean Front and Seaside Villas provide a quiet, relaxing get-away where you can sit back on a fabulous oceanfront patio and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Ocean which seem to release a feeling of Peace/Tranquility and enjoy a little bit of Heaven on Earth!

At the Five Star, world famous resort Atlantis, located on the very popular Paradise Island, visit the restaurants and shops at Marina Village, play tennis, swim with the dolphins or participate in various tourist sea excursions. Tourists can buy a day pass for $135 per adult and $80 per child (prices are seasonal) to enjoy all of its facilities including the Water Theme Park, slides, underwater aquariums, and gorgeous beaches.

A visit to Blue Lagoon Island is highly recommended where you can pat the Sea Lions and swim with the Dolphins. Guests can spend a whole or half day on the beach on this excursion.

There is a full day 'Family Island' trips/excursions on the 'Bo Hengy Boat' (also called Bahamas Fast Ferries) which takes approximately 2-1/2 hours to travel to family islands like Harbor Island, Eleuthera, where there are more gorgeous, secluded beaches with pink sand.

Kindly note there is a Townhouse attached to the residence. It is completely separate from the residence; however; the front driveway is shared, while the back yard with pool and gazebo are exclusively for guests only.

Seaside Paradise is available to NON-LOCAL RESIDENTS ONLY. We reserve the right to cancel local reservations. EXCEPT during the period SEPTEMBER 1st to DECEMBER 10th, Bahamians are welcome during the period 9/1 to 12/10 of each year.

Great trip and amazing stay!

This place has the BEST ocean views! My husband and I LOVED the balcony with the views of the water and surrounding landscape. We were right next to the beach which was exactly what we were looking for! It was also nice relaxing by the pool, enjoying the lounge chairs! The home was clean and with more than enough space for us! Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property with a view

Very spacious and beautiful home with a private pool. We were there celebrating my daughter‘s 21st birthday and her and her friends had an amazing time. Lots of selfie opportunities, beautiful landscaping, and the host was amazingly responsive. Perfect way to celebrate in the Bahamas. Definitely worth booking plenty of parking and within 15 to 20 minute drive to Nassau downtown area. With plenty of shopping and local grocery stores nearby..

There is severe misrepresentation of the property. It was advertised as a 7-bedroom luxury home but only contained 6 bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom A/C was non-functional and another rooms window could not fully close, so the room could not cool down. The pool pump ran but failed to circulate water, so after a couple days we lost use of the pool. Basic necessities were withheld. Blankets were locked away, light fixtures were missing pull strings, and only one washcloth was provided for the entire group of 14. One of our children was struck in the head during the night by a ceiling fan because the bunk beds were dangerously installed within inches of the moving blades.Almost all windows in the home were missing cranks or unusable, leaving zero emergency escape routes. The property could never be securely locked. The front door lacked a deadbolt, the upstairs patio door had no handle or lock, and the back door would not even stay shut unless actively locked from the inside. The refrigerator was missing shelves, kitchen drawers were broken and could not open. The mattresses were old, smelly, noisy, and covered in cheap, factory plastic that were extreme hot and bed frames were broken. The bunk bed frames creaked so loudly they woke us up and felt unsafe. We communicated with the host from day 1 and only the AC was fixed and pool after 3 days. The rest was ignored. We needed a main floor room/shower, so our choices were few. Please avoid this place if you can!

I'm in shock and extremely disappointed after reading the above Review. Please see Reviews of this SAME HOME listed as Seaside Paradise on the other main vacation rental platforms. Guests who stayed AFTER the Boodoo's stay gave the SEASIDE PARADISE FIVE (5) STARS!!! Also, guests who stayed directly BEFORE the Boodoo's arrival have stayed at Seaside Paradise for THREE (3) consecutive years and have booked for the FOURTH (4) YEAR nest year!!! THEY ALL LOVE SEASIDE PARADISE! However, ONE (1) item above is correct, we converted one of the rooms to a Dining Room and instead of 7 bedrooms, we now have six (6) bedrooms. Guest are absolutely right in stating that error on our behalf. We have subsequently corrected this error on this site. Also, they are correct about the upstairs bedroom a/c which they told me about the day after their arrival. My a/c technician arrived immediately and the a/c was fine thereafter. I heard no more complaints about the a/c. Also, my maintenance man, Benjamin came to visit the above guests because we had purchased a new lamp as they complained about needing one for their 84 year old mother. Please note no other complaints were mentioned to him or myself by this group of guests. We have a pool company clean and check on our pool each week. This is the first time I'm hearing about the pool pump not circulating. Like most vacation rentals, we provide a blanket/quilt on each bed; however, we do not allow guests to have access to ALL of our quilts as we have found many items missing afterwards. However, if this group had mentioned they needed extra, we would have asked Benjamin to open the storage closet and give them extra. No request was ever made by this group. We were never asked for extra blankets or quilts for beds. Thanks for letting me know about the washcloths, I'll ask my cleaning lady to ensure their is one in each bathroom. This is to confirm that the front door and the back doors both have a deadbolt. The back French doors do have to be locked upon leaving the home which is recommended. Yes, we have a problem with guests accidentally breaking our refrigerator shelves on the side door; however, the refrigerator has sufficient shelves to accommodate guests at the Seaside Paradise. The mattresses were covered with 2" foam mattress covers from CostCo. As well as a bed protection covering to keep the mattress clean and hygienic for all of our guests' stay. As mentioned above, after seeing the photos, I'm astonished that brand new 2 inch mattress covers from CostCo and the bed protection, and mattress covering were STRIPPED from all of our beds! I agree, one of the 13 mattresses in our home was old; however, after putting the 2' foam and bed protection it seemed okay temporally and I actually forgot about it. Btw, my husband and I have personally slept on the bed where the mattress was removed and it was fine. Just to confirm, I will repair that frame and remove the old mattress asap. Kindly note, that on Saturday we had received TWO complaints from above guests. However, the night BEFORE THEIR DEPARTURE, they stripped the beds and sent us photos complaining about the mattresses and all of the above mentioned items. I spoke to Benj at VRBO who agreed that the guests had ALREADY STAY AT OUR HOME, why did they not request a new home with VRBO? WHY DID THEY WAIT UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE THEIR DEPARTURE TO ASK FOR HALF OF THE MONEY BACK? Once again, I appreciate ALL reviews whether good or bad. I've realized that the bad ones propel us to improve each and every item mentioned. Thanks again for your Review!

You're absolutely right! Fabulous Seaside Retreat (Seaside Paradise) can house a large number of guests, approximately 21 with our seven (7) bedrooms and 5-1/2 bathrooms. The Most Beautiful Oceans

This property was amazing and if we were to ever go back to the Bahamas we would stay her for sure. SO many rooms, SO much space, located in a safe and quiet part of the island. Cathy was AMAZING! I peppered her with so many questions completely unrelated to her property and she was kind and patient with me. LOVE THIS PLACE AND WILL BE BACK!

At this point, all of my family, friends and I have stayed in the different units of the home! We just love this location and property. I mean it has the views and beach, what more could you ask for? This place fits all our needs! Plus everything is always tidy and well kept! This area is just the right distance from paradise island and the main tourist attractions but with the much needed privacy and peace you want in a getaway! Cathy is a phenomenal host and our trip turned out better than ever!

Seaside Surprise

The purpose of our trip was for our big family to all be together in the Bahamas to say good bye to a beloved matriarch who made the Bahamas her home for over 50 years. This home was clean, the linens and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the space accommodated our large family gathering. The property had a good amount of parking space and the pool was an added bonus. Thank You for making our return trip to the Bahamas that much more memorable.

FABULOUS STAY!

I normally don't write reviews however, we had such a FABULOUS stay!!! Loved the beautiful scenery, the ocean view across the street is phenomenal! Sitting on the balcony and smelling the salty ocean, feeling the breeze, and enjoying watching the waves was so relaxing. Living accommodations were comfortable too. It even has a pool, grill, gazebo, and picnic tables out back for entertainment. It has a gate and completely walled, so we felt safe. Host was reachable and friendly. Chef came and made us daiquiris upon our arrival per our request! Best of all, we were only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were able to drive to the tourist areas but come back and have our own private oasis after. Would definitely come back!!

A beautiful, spacious house! I rented this home with my family, (8 of us in total). We had a very nice time together. Rooms were spacious, although there are 6 bedrooms, not 7 as was listed when I made the reservation. Current photos listed are not entirely accurate- one of the bedrooms has 2 full size bunk beds instead of a king bed. Plenty of bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed lounging by the pool in the mornings.What I will say, is you will absolutely need a rental car for this house. It was a 20 min drive to downtown Nassau, and not within walking distance to any restaurants. Winton beach is decent, about a 10 minute walk, but do not go to Yamacraw beach- hard to find and very small with lots of trash, broken glass, etc. If you want to rent a house that can accommodate a large family, much more affordable than a hotel, in a more secluded area of Nassau, this place is for you!

Huge Home with Beautiful Outdoor Pool

This was my second time staying at the Seaside Villa. We loved it so much the first time that we went back with my sister and her family and rented out the entire home! This home was PERFECT for two families and did not disappoint. There were lots of beds, bedrooms and our group of 10 were very comfortable and had lots of room. We spent so much time in the back pool area. There's a beautiful gazebo, lounge chairs and tables! The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and my family and sister's family especially loved the gorgeous ocean view from the home. The location is great. It's a 5 minute drive to the Pink Octopus oceanfront restaurant and 15 minute drive to Atlantis where we got day passes at. The weather was so gorgeous during our stay and our families are excited about going back and staying here again. Cathy is a wonderful host and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a lovely vacation home in Nassau!

Gorgeous Home with Outdoor Pool!!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this home and plan to book again when we go to the Bahamas next year! I cannot say enough good things about this home! The home was very clean and the outdoor area is perfect for families! Cathy was a wonderful host. She responded quickly and was very kind and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. The home has a pool out back which my kids loved! It also has a very cute gazebo so that we could hang out and lay on the lounge chairs while the kids swam. There was lots of room for kids to play out in the backyard as well as 2 tables to have meals outside. We really loved waking up on the second floor and drinking coffee out on the balcony while enjoying views of the beautiful ocean across the street and feeling the sea breeze. Overall, the place was clean and gorgeous. We took a day trip to Atlantis which was about 15 minutes away and the house was very close (about 3 minute drive) to Solomon's Supermarket. We really enjoyed our family vacation at this home and cannot wait to return next year!!!! Cathy was awesome!

Finally found our go to vrbo rental!

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation rental! It was very comfy and welcoming. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the area. We walked straight to the beach as soon as we arrived. I could not believe how close we were to such a beautiful beach. We also, of course made use of the pool and hung out underneath the cabana. Absolutely loved hanging outside on the patio. Cathy is excellent and we are so happy she has this little piece of paradise for us to enjoy. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back next year!
