Wow! Cozy, first floor, 1 bedroom apartment with ocean views from the bedroom and direct access to the beach only yards away! Bathroom just redone!! Ideally located on S Atlantic Ave in the well maintained and stylish 'mid century modern' resort building of Coastal Waters, this well equipped and cared for condo also provides use of the onsite facilities such as communal pool and BBQ grill.

The increasingly popular seaside town of New Smyrna Beach is a short ride away, with fabulous restaurants, shopping and downtown historical area at Canal Street. There is also a museum, parks and of course, fishing. If you prefer to stay away from the crowds, there are excellent seafood restaurants close by.

Well equipped with modern appliances and equipment including full kitchen, microwave, TV, and more.

Our fully air-conditioned accommodation consists of:

This nice little condo provided the two of us what we needed. The king bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains keep the room dark. The bathroom is roomy. The kitchen, fridge and stove are small but were adequate for our cooking. It was clean and has cute beach decorations. Great location, on the beach, across from Izzy's for great tacos and ice cream. We enjoyed watching the beach project - pumping in sand to create the dunes.It was a hassle hauling our things between the car and the condo through the pool area but great that it is on the ground level.

Amazing experience

I have been to many VRBOs and this is by far the best one!! The place was just like the pictures. It was comfortable and well supplied with kitchen items, beach items and bath items. Communicating with the host was easy and he responded quickly to any questions. I plan on staying here again!

This condo is perfect for a small family! The room is about 15 seconds from the pool and 30 seconds from the beach. The building is a little older but we had no issues with anything. Also, it was located within 5 mins of everything you need in new smyrna... groceries, drugstore, restaurants, and most importantly- ice cream! 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Great condo and location. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, we enjoyed sunrises, rocket launches, and nice surf on the beach. Coastal Waters maintenance does a great job keeping the grounds and pool clean and in good shape.

Being so close to the beach was nice since it’s only a few doors down. Can see the beach from the room which is a bonus. The room was small but spacious as well with how they’ve done the layout. Plenty of room for two people to enjoy a beach trip. Would definitely stay again.

Another great stay at Costal Waters

Our unit was very clean and well appointed when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and cozy living room. Our host was friendly and responsive to our questions and help needed to make our stay enjoyable. Secure location on the beautiful beach. We will definitely plan another visit should we return next year. Thank you again for a wonderful time at NSB and Costal Waters.

Our stay here was ideal for us. A little more quiet than we like but we were preseason visitors.

Place was easy to find and the check-in instructions were very clear. The property was well maintained and was showing many updates. The TV/Cable set up was not so much to our liking but not what we are used to. Everything else worked well. Pool and outdoor furniture were top notch. Staff was very friendly. It was a great stay.

Needs a DEEP CLEANING

Condo is in a great location. Ocean and pool are steps away. Parking was a pain. Bath towels are bedding were clean. Curtains and couch need cleaning. Shower curtain was moldy and the bath mat disgusting.
