We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The condo is in a great location, with a short walk to grocery and a few restaurants, although we mostly took an uber. It was very quiet at night and we enjoyed the breeze when we opened the doors.
3 Vistas was a great space. Deborah was a great host and communicated with me throughout my stay. Her onsite cohost, Ana, was a great resource and shared a lot of information on where to go and what activities were available. Would stay again.
The best part of the property is the view. When it rains, the sound of the river just below you is very relaxing and tranquil. The pool is also very lovely with a nice exercise room not far from the pool.
Beautiful property in a great location near the National Stadium
The 12 floor condo is a modern and large unit with 2 full bathrooms and 1 bedroom. The location is great and restaurants and stores are a 5-10 minute drive.
I will stay here again when I am visiting San Jose.
This condo was located on the outskirts of San Jose in an upscale neighborhood. This allowed us to has a short commute to the historical part of the city.
The property itself was well maintained with an infinity pool..
Fabulous apartment with gorgeous views, wonderful breezes, and the sound of the rushing river, perfect! The balcony was our favorite spot. Comfortable, modern decor and a quiet building made this place a needed restful spot in San Jose. Great location, parking is a plus, walking distance to several restaurants and small grocery stores. Well equipped for cooking. You really want to stay here when you are in San Jose! The owners are very responsive and answer messages promptly. Building is very safe and secure.
To say that my Vrbo experience with this listing was amazing would be an understatement. I absolutely loved, loved, loved the property, the view of the city it offered and where it was located in relations to everything I needed to visit. Deborah and Ron the hosts were very accommodating and went up and beyond to insure my stay was perfect. The security guards, especially Henry, were awesome... I mean, there is literally not one bad thing I can say about the experience. Not only would I recommend it to anyone looking but I would definitely stay again whenever I'm in San Jose.
If you need to stay in the San Jose area, this is a wonderful place. It is on the 11th floor and the views were spectacular. We were there in January. It was windy but we were told it calms down by February. It didn't stop our enjoyment! Though there was a portable a/c unit, we certainly didn't need it. The ceiling fans were adequate. Pool is beautiful but this time of year it was a bit too chilly for us to use. Remember San Jose is 1100 m in elevation and I'm a wimp! There were other people using it.It was clean, roomy, comfortable, safe. Great for two people. Loved that we had a desk to work at as this was a working holiday. Wifi was great. Hosts were so accomodating, answered our questions quickly. We easily used Uber to get around and found a number of yummy places to eat even within walking distance. Things that I will call out--there was just enough in the pantry to get us started since we do like to cook during our vacation time. There were grocery bags (there is a really nice upscale Auto Mercado or use the Pali for a good but cheaper experience. Places to eat Yurgo's Peruvian food; Isla Verde (asian), L'Olivo (near Sabana park) Italian. I didn't get to try the Empanada Factory which is in the same mall as the Auto Mercado. Plaza Mayor. It looked yummy, too! Don't forget to try the classic "casada" plato at a local "soda"Pictures of the place show it exactly! Thank you Ron and Deborah. We hope to return!
We enjoyed our stay at Three Vistas. I was recovering from an accident during our vacation in Costa Rica, so we appreciated the apartment's accessibility, friendly staff, and proximity to our clinic. The views of city, mountains and park, and the outdoor balcony are quite wonderful and facilitated my recovery. The bed, bathrooms and kitchen were all excellent. Deborah was warm, responsive and flexible about several changes we had to make in our schedule. Thanks.
Hi, we first visited "the awe-inspiring Rich Coast" Costa Rica, for our Wedding Anniversary. The country and its people is our second home. We spend the majority of our work life in Texas, USA and our play life in Costa Rica. Enjoy Pura Vida! Deborah and Ron
